Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the street as needed.
• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is mounted in the driveway, actively monitoring the street. The second is mounted on the rear of the home, actively monitoring the back yard. The third is mounted on the right side of the home, actively monitoring the right-side exterior. The fourth is located on the left side of the home, actively monitoring the left-side exterior. The fifth is mounted on the doorbell, actively monitoring the home’s entrance.
This home is advantageously located just 20 minutes from Disney World, with Universal Studios just a little further at 40 minutes away. Beyond Orlando’s famed theme parks, explore endless shopping, dining, and live entertainment all around. With this home’s ideal location, nothing is off limits!
