Immerse yourself in the lush surroundings of Florida’s nature scene by visiting Shingle Creek, where you can kayak the serene waterways or enjoy a leisurely pace on the walking and cycling paths.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
