Your vacation adventures begin the minute you arrive as you take full advantage of the European-style spa and fitness facility, two Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses, a formal pool with private cabanas, tiki bar, heated family pool with a water slide, an 850-foot lazy river, and Orlando’s only resort wave pool, the Champions 9 par-3 golf experience, 10 different restaurants and eateries, and even on-premise restaurant delivery.

But even all that may not compare to the incredible features the home itself provides, a destination in its own right where relaxation and entertainment are around every corner. With enough room for 16 guests, everyone will have their own private corner to spread out in while coming back together in communal spaces to form memories that will last a lifetime. Between the formal family room with plush sofa seating and mounted smart TV, and the loft with a leather sectional and additional mounted smart TV, everyone can have the entertainment experience they desire. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist in all your culinary endeavors, with stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Whether seated at the formal table with room for 12 or up at the island on stools for 4, everyone can dine in good company.

The bonus perks begin back outside on the lanai, showcasing a fully screened inground pool, chaise lounge chairs, overhead fans, life-sized Connect 4 game, and tables for al fresco dining. With no neighbors to the rear of the home, the seclusion and privacy you’ve been craving are yours for the enjoying. Next, get the adrenaline pumping in the garage-converted game room featuring 2 smart TVs with Nintendo and Xbox gaming consoles, foosball table, hoops game, stand-up arcade game, and more. Finally, cap off the end to a perfect day with an authentic movie-going experience in the home theater, an immersive space with three rows of leather reclining chairs for 10, a 110” projector-style TV screen, and even a karaoke set up for the performers among you.

This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 8 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 will take you to the ball and beyond with a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 keeps things cool with a Frozen theme, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #8 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 brings out your inner superhero and includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #6 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #6 is a bounty of Pirate treasures with a twin size bed, twin size trundle, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #5 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #7 will have you dreaming of the Rainbow Road in 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #8 is your personal invitation to Hogwarts, including a queen size bed, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Washer and dryer in home.

Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the gate upon arrival.

Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located on the roof, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the entrance. The third is located on the left side of the home, actively monitoring left side exterior.

Please note, the community will not allow entry of RV's, campers, buses, boats, trailers or UHaul's. If you are traveling with one of these vehicles, you will not be allowed to enter the security gate and you will need to find a location to park it offsite.

In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

The property is located in The Retreat at Champions Gate, a private community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Champions Gate are welcome to enjoy the on-site pool, hot tub, kids splash pad with waterslide, arcade, beach volleyball courses, fitness center, theatre, and restaurant.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. In addition to the many amenities of this resort community, many of Florida’s wildly popular theme parks are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Spend a day at Disney World (32 miles), observe exotic wildlife at Animal Kingdom (12 miles) and admire futuristic wonders at Epcot theme park (13 miles). Universal Studios is only 20 miles away — the world-famous, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
