Celebrate at Club Cortile

Club Cortile is known as an ideal respite for those who are seeking some downtime from the hustle and bustle that extended family fun in the sun can bring.

The updated condo invites you to an open living space which offers natural light, cable TV, and balcony access. The balcony is screened in so you can open the sliding glass door for the refreshing breezes and birds chirping and invite the “Florida life” into the main living area.

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with a full suite of new stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to either pack some lunches for a day of adventure or whip-up a multi-course meal from home. Additional appliances like a blender, toaster and coffee maker are available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy formal dining together at the table for 6. 

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. 

Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 is configured with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed
Bedroom #3, the primary suite, highlights a Queen bed, and en-suite. The en-suite features dual sinks and a stand-up shower. 

An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo is fully stocked to accommodate the guests in the first 2 bedrooms. 

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is ample parking in the shared lot. 
- A washer/dryer is available in-unit for guest use.
- Parking tags must be returned to the unit upon departure. Failure to return a tag will result in a $50 fine per tag.
- The pool key fob for accessing the Club Cortile community pool must also be returned to the unit at departure. A $100 fee will be charged for any unreturned fob.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

The property is located in Club Cortile, a gated community that features a list of amenities that are available for guest use. Enjoy the resort clubhouse, pool, hot tub, fitness center, movie room, business center, playground, tennis court. When you are ready to venture out, you have a world of fun at your fingertips!

Enjoy a show at Medieval Times, just 2 miles away. Walt Disney World, with all its major theme parks, is within 15-20 minutes by car. Epcot is 11 miles from the home.

If you’re looking to stock the fridge, a Target and Sam’s Club are both under a mile from the home. There are several dining options a skip-and-a-jump away as well! Truly in the center of it all!

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
