Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow parking on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 35 lbs. or less allowed. Pets must be registered prior to arrival. Please contact us to register. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable
• Two strollers available for your stay
• The unit will have “starter” toiletries – but we ask that you bring any additional toiletries, paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags etc with you or purchase at the dollar store. We do not provide sundries for the full length of guest stays. We also do NOT provide washcloths as historically people steal these and destroy them.
