A convenient outdoor shower will help you rinse off before stretching out to dry in comfortable chaise lounge seating, catching up with loved ones over a refreshing beverage. Shade seekers will find relief under the covered patio, dining on lunch al fresco fresh off the grill.

As a guest of the resort, you’ll also have unlimited access to the exciting onsite amenities such as 2 heated swimming pools, nature trails, a sauna, mini golf, a tiki bar, kids’ playgrounds, and multiple sports courts – and that’s just to name a few! As the day winds down, enjoy an evening cocktail under the stars.

The home’s pristine interior showcases soaring vaulted ceilings, enhancing its spaciousness and abundance of natural light from large picture windows. The living room offers plentiful sofa seating for gathering with the family to stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and cabinetry storing all your snacks and goodies alongside cookware and dining ware. At dinnertime, gather around the table for 8 in the dining room while a breakfast table seats 6 for more quick and casual bites. Hours of amusement await in the garage game room, appointed with an arcade console, a basketball game, and a foosball table.

This home comfortably sleeps 19 guests between 8 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted bathtub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and TV.

Bedroom #5 takes kids to ‘infinity and beyond’ with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin size bed, and TV.

Bedroom #6 is fit for pint-sized royalty, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin size bed, and TV.

Bedroom #7 transports you to deep space, with a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #8 is a fantasy-inspired retreat, with a king-size bed and TV

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking available for up to 4 vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $20 fee per vehicle will be required for registration.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

Emerald Island is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (10 miles), Epcot (8 miles), Hollywood Studios (7 miles), Animal Kingdom (5 miles), Universal Studios (18 miles), Legoland (32 miles), Margaritaville (4 miles), and Sea World (13 miles)!

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
This home is NOT pet friendly. You will be fined if traces of pets are found.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund
