This home comfortably accommodates 4-5 adults (or 7 with children) with three private bedrooms and a full-size futon in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in glass shower.

Please note that Bedroom #2, which includes a full-size futon, serves as a pass-through to the master bedroom and is not entirely private.

Bedroom #3 features two twin-size beds with a trundle that can be converted into a king-size bed, along with a smart TV. Additionally, there is an under-bed rolling storage unit that can be used as a coffee or game table.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located at the right front of the home, actively monitoring the entryway. The second is located at and actively monitoring the driveway. The third is located on the left side of the carport, actively monitoring the rear entrance.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
• A disclaimer that it might be a “tight fit” for 2 adults for bedroom 2. We recommend this for 1 adult OR 2 children.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
