Located within the exclusive resort community of Caribe Cove, the home will serve as both your central hub and your gateway to fun and adventure, surrounded by desirable onsite amenities. Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a lakeside heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and a market. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill. Day trips await within 20 miles or less of world-class theme parks, shopping centers, and golf courses, with Disney World appearing than 8 miles from the home.

Indoors, tall ceilings sit atop bright and breezy spaces designed to help you relax and unwind after long days on your feet. The living room offers plush sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV for keeping up with all your favorite stream-ready shows. Pop out to the screened-in balcony to enjoy morning and afternoon refreshments or a delicious meal al fresco. The fully equipped kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and ample cabinetry stocked with crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware. Families can enjoy meals together in the dining area, gathered around the chic high-top table with seating for the whole crew.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and dedicated workspace.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the front desk upon check-in.
• This home is located on the 3rd story of building #4. Both stairs and an elevator are available for entry.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at and actively monitoring the entryway.
• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hailstorms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.
• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.

The group-friendly accommodations at Caribe Cove Condominiums are located just nine miles from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort. Other popular Disney attractions lie within 11 miles of Caribe Cove condo rentals, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further along I-4, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 3 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

No Dogs/Pets allowed for Guests. (Please contact Caribe Cove for details on Service animals.) No trailers, RV’s, golf carts, and the like.
No commercial vehicles of any kind.
Quiet hours are from 10P-7A. (Guests will be asked to vacate if causing a nuisance)
No smoking in public areas including the pool. No glass in pool area.
Condo will be used only for Residential purposes.
No illegal drugs, Marijuana, etc. (Local authorities are notified of any use of illegal drug use).
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
