Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available. Parking passes are required and must be picked up at the Palmetto Dunes Gate office.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management, so availability is not guaranteed. If it is unavailable, stairs will be required. In case of emergency, please use the stairs.
• Community amenities: Access to the communal outdoor pool is included; hours and availability are managed by the HOA and may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
