What a wonderful place to stay! Seventh Mountain Resort is just that - a resort. So many different options and every employee we spoke with were so welcoming! Out the back door, we were able to access the Deschutes River trail and thoroughly enjoyed our hike! My only two cons - the gift shop that sells munchies closes at 6, which is a shame. We received a welcome message around 3, arrived at 3:30 thinking we could check in. Could not unless the host agreed. Messaged and didn’t hear back for a couple hours saying that 4pm is standard check in time. Fine. But, only a half hour early would have been nice since we travelled several hours. Oh! And the checklist when leaving is a bit excessive. Pulling off all sheets and put in a particular place, take out trash, and start dishwasher. Other than that, wonderful place!

This condo is in a resort complex. Check in is like a hotel check in. The facilities at the resort are all available to you. The pools, trails, mini golf and other activities are very nice. The condo was clean and very comfortable. This is my second time staying at this resort and I will be coming back!

Location: 5 stars; Bend is magic and Seventh Mountain was one of the better World Mark properties we've stayed in (quiet, relatively private, beautiful surroundings, nice common spaces and amenities). Unit: 4 stars; the space is nicely appointed and as described in the listing. The owners included several personalized touches and some smart design choices which made the place feel spacious despite small square footage. Property management: 3 stars. when we arrived at the unit, it was not properly cleaned. (Popcorn, gum and an old apple core on the floor; dirty utensils in drawers; dust collected in corners and light fixtures, etc.) Grand Welcome sent someone to take care of the floors and bring us missing linens for the Murphy bed on our first full day, but was not as responsive to additional concerns that we documented later in our stay--or in the week since check out. For a unit that is "professionally cleaned" on a regular basis, the space fell well short of my expectations.

Love staying here. Even though it was 4th of July week and super busy it still felt peaceful and I could enjoy all of the amenities without it feeling too crowded (easily found pool chairs and umbrellas). I love how much there is to do - bike ride, hike along the Deschutes River, hang in pools, ping pong, disc golf and mini golf.

Good spot on the Deschutes near Bend with great access to trails, good pool, and responsive host. Could have been cleaner but wasn’t disruptive to our stay.

What a beautiful condo in a lovely resort in a wonderful town in the middle of a magical place. I loved absolutely everything about the condo, the resort and the location. The river was right below us, the kitchen was very well stocked, there is sooooo much to do. The beds were so comfortable. I just don’t think it can be better, and I decided to add on another day and that was an easy process as well. Stay here, you will thank me.
