Step inside to a thoughtfully designed and fully equipped living space. The open-concept main area features a cozy sofa, a fireplace for those cool mountain nights, and a smart TV for entertainment. The well-appointed kitchen includes a double basin sink, a drip coffee maker to start your mornings right, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. This RV comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 4 built-in twin size beds and smart TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Laundry facilities are not available.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• The gravel driveway is steep and subject to regular washout. Some vehicles may find it difficult to access, especially in certain conditions.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the carport and actively monitoring the driveway and parking area.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog under 25 lbs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Famous country singer Dolly Parton was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton, is only 3 miles from the home meaning guests can reach exciting rides in less than 10 minutes. The Pigeon Forge city center, just minutes away, is packed with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and so much more! Of course, this location is also perfect for those seeking epic outdoor adventures. Reach the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in about 20 minutes, as well as Wears Valley. The entire area is dotted with unique galleries, antique malls, and flea markets whether you head towards the center of Sevierville (7 miles) or Gatlinburg (5 miles).
