Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, Fairway View and Above Par, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Start your mornings by brewing a fresh cup of coffee in one of the fully equipped kitchens, complete with all the essentials for preparing a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore. After a day of sightseeing or a round of golf at Pointe Royale Golf Village, return to either of the inviting living rooms, where you can sink into comfortable couches and recliners and unwind with your favorite shows on TV.

As evening falls, head back into one of the kitchens and pull up a chair to the counter or table to chat while unpacking takeout or preparing another home-cooked meal. Or take the conversation outside while you dine al fresco, choosing between Fairway View’s patio table for four or Above Par’s balcony table for three. With both outdoor spaces overlooking a scenic golf course, this home creates the perfect ambiance for sipping evening drinks while watching the sunset.

Staying at Fairway View Duo places you near endless activities and attractions. Just a short drive away, you can enjoy world-class performances and live music along the vibrant Branson Strip or browse the shops and restaurants at Branson Landing by the waterfront. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the scenic trails of Table Rock State Park or enjoy fishing and water sports on Table Rock Lake. Fairway View:
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed and a cable TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Above Par:
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, a rocking chair, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a cable TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Fairway View is a first-floor, walk down unit with 8 steps required.
- Above Par is a second-floor walk-up unit with 9 steps required.
- This home is the combined unit of two individual units, Above Par and Fairway View. Smaller parties are encouraged to rent one of the smaller units.
- Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 4 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer available in both units.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
