It was a spacious area and had all the accommodations for all the guests. We have big trucks and they fit in the parking area. Grand Welcome Smoky Mountains was very responsive and accommodating.

A good price for so many rooms and spaces as well as bathrooms! We were supplied with a good bit of kitchen and bathroom supplies to where we didn’t have to buy much from the store when we arrived to the Airbnb! I received clear instructions and quick responses when I had questions.

Great place to stay for several family members. Upon arriving I had a few questions and reached out to the number given. I received a response almost immediately. They were great to work with. Close to the convention center and so many restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house is large and good for big families but we had multiple issues that started before we even checked in. Here is a few issues we had: 1. When we arrived to check in at 4, the cleaners were still in the house and made us wait until 4:45 to check in. Had this been communicated it wouldn’t have been an issue but we picked up groceries on our way in. 2. When we finally were able to check in, half the house was miserably hot. Temps were over 78 degrees with no air being circulated. Three of the bedrooms were this temp and we had to have people sleep else where. It took 3 day of us contacting them and them telling us it was normal due to the heat wave. They sent out a property management person but did not send out an A/C tech until day 3 when it finally got fixed. Even after it was fix, those three bedrooms stayed hotter than the rest of the house. 3. The house was not cleaned to the expected standard for guest. If you walked in the house barefoot, your feet immediately turned black. One room also had mildew stains on the ceiling and all the air vents and surrounding ceiling were covered in dust. 4. We had a mouse run across the living room. We informed them and was told they wouldn’t be able to address it until after we checked out. Pro: It is a really large space and great for larger family’s. It was centrally located to everything and most places were about a 20 minutes. It also had a pool table and basketball court to keep the kids entertained.

This home was as advertised! Communication was easy and prompt, checkin and out was simple, a lot thinks provided in the home to make your stay more simple. Plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen ware, garbage backs etc.Great location to enjoy Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas with short commute. Would definitely recommended for group that’s needs space and/or things for late teens to enjoy.

Great place. Excellent location if you need to be near the convention center. Large enough for our big family. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Could use an extra potholder or two. The steep driveway was different, but we figured it out. Loved the place and I’d book it again. Thankful they had an extra pack and play on hand for little ones.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious cabin during our Smoky Mountain trip. There were a lot of pros: the home is very large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it perfect for our group. The location is great—close to Pigeon Forge but still quiet. The basketball court was a huge hit with the teens, and the mother-in-law suite was a nice bonus with lots of bed options throughout the house. We also loved the back porch, and the layout was very friendly for family members who can’t handle many stairs. Anytime we had an issue, the response time from the host was excellent. There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The cabin could use a deep clean—there was noticeable soap scum in the bathrooms and a few dead bugs in untouched areas. The hot tub didn’t work during our stay. The stairs to the loft in the mother-in-law suite are extremely narrow and really only safe for kids; we had planned to put an adult on the spectrum up there but didn’t feel comfortable with the risk of falling. The heat went out in the bunk room, though maintenance did arrive quickly with space heaters. The refrigerator water dispenser also stopped working and wasn’t able to be repaired during our stay.Overall, despite a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, the space, layout, and responsiveness of the host made it a good stay for our family. With some updates and a deep clean, it would be excellent.
