This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
• Main level bedroom #1 includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
• Upper level bedroom #2 includes a queen-sized bed.
• Upper level bedroom #3 includes a king-sized bed.
• Upper level bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-sized beds, a twin-sized day bed, and a twin-sized trundle.
This home also includes two additional full bathrooms on the upper level.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking is available for 4 vehicles.
• The outdoor heated pool is seasonal (open approximately Memorial Day - Labor Day).
• The pool is shared with other residences on the farm, so other folks may be using it at the same time. At this time there is only one other private residence (not a rental), but we are planning to add more rentals that will share the pool as well at some point in the future.
• The pictured pool slide has been removed for safety reasons.
• There are several security cameras throughout the property, including on the exterior of the farmhouse.
• This property is located on a working regenerative farm in progress with farm animals. There are no horses currently on the property, but ducks and chickens are present. Guests are not permitted inside any buildings other than the farmhouse. Minimal farm staff may be present on the property at any time, including overnight. There is a separate driveway that some workers may use to enter and exit the property.
• Motorized vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, etc.) are not allowed to be used on the property. Everywhere is walkable, especially the trails cut through the forested area at the back of the property.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
