Cozy Retreat for 2, Heart of DT, Near Broadway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at the River Front Lofts! It was an excellent location and the beds were very comfortable. It definitely worked for us. Would absolutely stay again.

I can’t say enough great things about the location! Last year we stayed on the edge of town and were taking ride share everywhere. This time we walked everywhere. Very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. Very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the heating system. Thank you!

Very close to downtown, walkable to all the bars and sights. Easy walk to Ryman auditorium or country music hall of fame. it's a downhill walk at the end of the night when you're all tuckered out. Very quiet, cannot hear nightlife if you go to bed early.

Great place to stay! Located right off of broadway and was close to bars, restaurants, and the parking garage to keep your car. Even though it was pocketed between two bars, it was extremely quiet and was a great place to sleep. There weren’t any windows there, but it didn’t bother us since we were simply just sleeping there!

excellent location, though right in the middle of things, super quiet. Room was nice, lighting could be better. Be nice to have a safe in the room, so you don't have to carry valuables. Bed was great.

This place was just around the corner to all the music and fun on Broadway. Unbelievable how quiet it is once you get inside There are no windows but made for a very peaceful sleep after a fun night on Broadway! This is the spot if you want to be close to everything!! The building manager was very friendly and helpful

This was the best stay in Nashville. Right on 2nd ave and walkable to everything. Just was exceptional. Place was clean and quiet we could hardly tell we were in the area.

Close to the action but still quiet. I'm not sure what magic they put on the place, but you are steps from Broadway and next door to a bar with music pouring from the doors -- but this place is QUIET!!! The bed is comfortable, the space clean, and enough space for two people to be in...but really, if you are renting this place, it's not for the space, but rather the location! You are in the heart of all the things to do in Nashville (well the tourists places) blocks from area and mesumes and just stumbles from all the honky-tonky bars up and down Broadway. The listing is clear that there are NO windows are they aren't joking - not even a little bit of daylight gets into the place. Great if you want to not wake up with the sun, but does take some getting use to. I was afraid all that music and noise and people would just ooze into the space, but it does NOT! As other reviews say, it's quiet!

This unit is windowless as mentioned by a few on here, but it felt like a better version of an inside cabin on a cruise. It was remarkably quiet for being very close to the action. We went for CMAfest which the lines for getting into the riverfront stages and sometimes hard rock wrapped all the way to the front of the building. Again, it was so quiet you’d have no idea. We were literally a 5min walk to many eateries and bars. There are a few restaurants directly across from the street and even a little liquor store. And if you’re into a light night Taco Bell, there’s one accross the street from the unit. Very clean and the bar next door is also great. The owner/manger greeted us almost everyday leaving and coming back in. We shared a lot of jokes and good banter. This place is A+! I think if we had windows, I would have been waking up way too early lol. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved it! The place was spotless and in an excellent location — just steps from Broadway. Even though it’s on a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet. I really appreciated how peaceful and silent it was. A great stay overall!

The best location for a getaway to Nashville! Right on the corner of Broadway and 2nd, easy walking to all bars and drop off/pick up for Ubers. Easy to get in and secure (three doors with codes, but four doors total). No window but who is in their room when they are in Nashville?! Would stay again!

Great room... best night sleep and most comfortable bed. no windows for sunlight!!!! You won't touch the vehicle once there as you'll walk everywhere... Perfect for 2 people.

Perfect location. Very responsive help desk with prompt replies. Maintenance was helpful and even the owner helped to resolve small hiccup with keycodes at arrival. Highly recommended!!!

We chose this based on the location and it was 10/10! It is steps away from everywhere youre going! There are no windows in the room so be prepared but it was great fo sleeping in! Everything you need and nothing more! We will definitely book again nect ti e.

We will be spoiled by this location. It is conveniently located near lower Broadway. Checking in was easy, codes all worked as stated. A couple of hints for this place. Yes, there are no windows. We were barely in the room so for us it didn't matter. You can hear people upstairs walking and there was also the sound of a car (weird). Not sure if there is a garage on the back side or something. A couple other things that we didn't even bother telling the host because we bring our own toiletries. The on-wall shower gel was out when we were there. If you bring your own, you are good. The lighting is not the greatest so bring your own makeup mirror with a light. There are only lamps. That's it.

So glad we found this gem of a place… located a crawl away from Category 10 and Broadway. We stayed in the 2 person room… it’s almost like a dorm room but very comfortable and quiet. There were no windows but we just needed a place to sleep and shower! Perfect! Saved so much on Uber rides. This was a great find and we will be back!! Also really appreciated the management for letting us extend our stay when tornado warnings delayed our plans!!
