Charming Stay for 4 in Family DT, Walk to Broadway!

If you are visiting Nashville this is the place to stay. You are within walking distance of Broadway and all the attractions there. If you want peace and quiet you're far enough in to not hear the outside noise. I had issues with the smart key not working and they were responsive to fix the issue. Someone was there within minutes with a spare key. You're not going to get a better location. Great location, great hosts.

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! It’s extremely walkable, but also far enough away from the craziness of Broadway. Bars, restaurants, and shops were all nearby. My favorite thing is that this location is near everything, but still feels private. You can walk to Printer’s Alley, Broadway, and even The Gulch (about a 20 minute walk). Even though this location is right next to a bar, it’s quiet once you’re inside. As others mentioned, there are no windows to outside, but that didn’t bother us. It was actually quite nice to have the dark in the morning hours. It was clean, the host is responsive and kind, and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

HVAC system was down during our stay (3nights) Very HOT and Very uncomfortable. Appreciate Onsite Maintenance he brought more fans. Still Hot and Uncomfortable while trying to sleep.

The location is excellent if that’s all you care about. Finding the building is really hard at first, really need to let you know to look for the blue doors under the Nashville Riverfront Loft sign because maps will take you to the back of the building. Also the air conditioning was out while here which was unexpected because we were not informed and it’s really hot and stuffy at night with there being no windows and all. Also the front door does lock when you press the key when leaning but once in the unit no matter if you turn lock vertical or horizontal it’s hard to tell if locked because door will open both ways when inside which made me feel uneasy at night. Last the people above were SUPER noisy at all hours of night and morning. But it is convenient to everything you would want to do in Nashville.

We had a great stay at the Nashville Riverfront Lofts! Everything matched the listing perfectly—clean space, smooth check-in, and quick, easy communication with the support team. If I had to nitpick, the pull-out bed in the main living area is very firm… so just be mentally (and physically) prepared for that if you aren’t a firm bed person. I also wasn’t a fan of having no outlets near the end tables. When you’re far from home, not being able to charge your phone next to the bed adds a little unnecessary anxiety—especially when you’re hoping to hear your phone if an emergency comes up. Overall though, the stay was solid and we’d happily book here again.

Awesome 1BR condo/loft. incredible location steps from Broadway which could not be more convenient. Small grocery store and liquor store across street. Full kitchen. would absolutely stay there again.

The space was clean and very quiet, especially being less than a block away from Broadway and having other surrounding bars and restaurants. The space had all basic items you may need for a few days stay. We stated here to go to a concert at Bridgestone which was only about a 6 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Great location to Broadway and the surrounding restaurants and attractions. Easy to find and the parking garage a half a block away was a huge plus being in downtown where parking is hard to find.

The location of this loft is FANTASTIC. Step out the door and you’re practically on Broadway and the start of all the honky tonks! We would stay again for that reason alone. The lack of windows to the outside actually did bother me a bit, but they were very upfront about that in the listing. One thing that I didn’t know was that our unit was up a flight of steps. There was no mention of that in the listing, so be aware if you pack too much and too heavy like I do. Otherwise the unit was so quiet for how close it is to the action, very secure, clean and everything else was as described. Loved our stay in Nashville.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking to Broadway bars and restaurants. The room doesn’t have any windows which we actually loved because we slept in better. Only drawback was not having a washer and dryer but it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again which we’d definitely come back.

This place was amazing! A fantastic place to stay in Nashville! Located right downtown, steps from all the bars and live music. Extremely convenient with no need to Uber, taxi or do long walks... while parking was still only 1/2 block away! The unit itself was spacious and squeaky clean. Easy to find and access with great host instructions. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was huge. Full size appliances if you want to cook; kitchen and bath stocked with everything we needed. I would say the only negative was there were no windows to the outside but this did not bother us as we really were only inside to sleep and get ready to head out and enjoy the music. We were worried about possible noise but the unit was extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a mostly good time on our stay, with a few hiccups along the way. Lets start with the good. First, the location is really great, with the ability to walk right out onto Broadway. The entrance is nondescript and may be slightly challenging to find, but the instructions were clear and helped. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and we were able to get by with the provided kitchenware/appliances. Now for the not so good. We arrived late at night and after getting settled in, we found that the pull-out couch bed only had a fitted sheet (that did not fit) and was missing a top-sheet or any type of comforter. We were able to get a reply from our host even though it was late but they were unable to provide anything until the next day, meaning our 3rd person had to sleep without any sort of blanket the first night. Also, there are no exterior windows and the room had a pretty cavernous feel to it. All in all, we had a good stay but I'm not sure we would come to this one again.

Very clean. Quick response from host when had issue getting into the unit (code for door wasn’t working). It was resolved quickly. Warning no windows in the unit but has air units for air flow. Very convenient stay to be close to Broadway and nightlife

Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic.

Great location, clean and tidy. No problems.There are no windows which was a bit weird to get used to but that also helped keep the crazy outside noises to a minimum and offered complete darkness for sleep as a trade off.

We loved this clean and quiet stay!This is the perfect location if you are flying into Nashville with limited luggage. We were coming in from a road trip and had a lot of luggage and things to carry up to this 2nd floor walk up. There is no parking on site, so it was a bit of a struggle to get settled in. That’s on us… the property is awesome!The amenities are nice and the bed was fabulous! Slept like a dream! We would stay here again if flying into Nashville.

This spot was just lovely! Right in the middle of all the action, but somehow still nice and quiet. Space was fantastic and well-equipped. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. Communication with management was easy and quick. Would def stay here again!
