The kitchen is well-equipped with ample space for meal preparation, white cabinetry stocked with all of the essentials, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Everyone will be able to gather around the dining table for eight with additional counter seating for four as you all enjoy a home-cooked meal after a day of endless activities.
You can easily step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on one of the two decks. Designed for ultimate relaxation, the main deck hosts a hot tub for unwinding under the stars, a grill for a BBQ feast, along with bench seating and a table for two, ideal for enjoying drinks in the tranquil setting. 10. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
11. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
12. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
13. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
14. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
15. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
