Large Family Retreat, Near Beach, Private Decks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was exceptionally clean with simple decorations. I was especially impressed with the well stocked kitchen as we like to make some meals at home. The location was prime and close to our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. The hosts were wonderful and communicated in a timely manner. We would recommend this home for your visit to Maine!

Franny and Luke were incredibly responsive and helpful hosts. They made accessing the house as easy as possible. The house is beautiful, full of amenities, and in a great part of town. Amazing restaurants, beaches, and other desirable towns along the coast are a stones throw away. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Wells. As promised, it is just a short ride to the public Wells Beach and is close to many options for dining and activities. The house is beautiful, very clean and well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The town of Wells and the surrounding area is also beautiful and relaxing and the people were friendly and welcoming. Franny and Luke were wonderful hosts, reaching out ahead of our arrival for an introduction and reached out again once we arrived to make sure everything was in good shape. One thing to note is that this house is located just off the main road, so there is some traffic noise. It didn't bother us at all, but just worth mentioning if you are going to be outside enjoying the porch or deck - both of which are quite comfortable.

4 Topsail Way is every vacationers home away from home dream. Great location off of rte 1 with plenty of parking. This property was spacious and comfy for 6 adults and a toddler. Check in was easy and Franny and Luke were great with communicating prior to our arrival and checking in with us during our stay. This new home is breathtaking each room is decorated just so and has every amenity possible. We enjoyed spending time on the decks and cooking in the gourmet kitchen which had plenty of supplies. The beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space. We definitely would stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this brand-new, luxurious home! The chef’s kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together as a family. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The master bath felt like a spa with its rainfall shower. The home is perfectly located—just a few miles to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport where we loved lobster rolls at The Clam Shack and scenic drives along Ocean Avenue. We also visited Ogunquit Beach and walked the Marginal Way. In Wells, we enjoyed local eats and a great time at Batson River Fish Camp. There are grocery stores close by, which made everything easy. We picked this place for its Route 1 location and were not disappointed! Frany and Luke were fantastic hosts—attentive, kind, and always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this home.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in in Maine!! Franny and Luke reached out to us well before we arrived to give us details and make sure communication was open and available. They reached out throughout our stay to make sure all was good. Our entire stay was perfect but I knew if something did come up, I could reach out and hear back promptly. The house is gorgeous, updated, and spacious. Tons of windows throughout the house with screens to let the sun and air in. The house is stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and super comfy beds and sofas. It has nice big LG TV’s as well which was great for relaxing at night with the family. Overall this house made our annual Maine vacation even better. We stayed with our 3 kids, and my wife’s parents. We had plenty of room and they loved it as much as we did! I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else, with any other host, going forward while in Maine.

Incredibly gorgeous house, well designed and aesthetically beautiful all around. Amenities were truly well thought out from all types of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, fragrant hand soaps, to all kitchen utensils (including for young children), baking/cooking needs, serving platters and food storage containers, microwave, double stove, Keurig with pods, and stocked pantry. Comfortable beds for every room and several areas for lounging outside along with gathering as a group for meals and barbecue's with ample parking for multiple-family cars. Well architected home with space and family in mind for all vacation needs. We enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. Beautiful accommodations like a home away from home.

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean home with plenty of sleeping and living space. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the deck. Wonderful and attentive hosts who made us feel very welcome. We used the place as a home base and found the location convenient for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again!
