You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer for convenience and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in at the office. Outside, take advantage of resort amenities including communal outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness facilities, and BBQ grills with outdoor seating areas.
Within a short drive, you can enjoy golf, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, fishing, and marina activities—everything you need for a classic Hilton Head vacation.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. A parking pass is required—please pick it up at the front gate/office upon arrival and display it at all times. Garage parking beneath the building is for owners only; guests may not park there and the HOA may ticket/tow vehicles in violation.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. While typically available, outages or maintenance are outside our control. Stairs will be required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Washer/Dryer: An in-home washer and dryer are provided for your use.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ areas are communal and managed by the community. Availability and hours may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per HOA rules. Please do not bring pets. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
