I asked before booking if Cabin would be decorated for Christmas as we were bringing small children and I was assured it would be. It WAS NOT. They offered a refund of $25 in my opinion that wasn’t worth not having a tree. I’ve not received btw. Lock instructions were backwards had to figure out on my own. Once inside cabin was dirty not very clean at all. Both jacuzzi.’s constantly leaked water would not shut off. Fireplace didn’t work in bedroom had to have someone come fix it, no wood was left for living room fireplace. For this to have been a family Christmas present we were not happy.

The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We had trash bags for the trashcan missing and an issue with a bathroom door but that was fixed very quickly. My biggest issue was that while they did have a sheet on the fridge that mentioned a few bugs may be found inside because they’re seeking warmth, there was a vast amounts of lady bugs inside, hundreds, alive and dead, and while I know they aren’t harmful I wish the listing would have mentioned this. We also had some issues pulling out the trundles and ended up not using them altogether. I think a picture showing the trundle open would be helpful in the listing, however we were not able to get them open all the way, thankfully we were able to make do with what we had. Overall, for a weekend I enjoyed my stay and had a good time in the hot tub and watching movies with my family, but I think for a longer stay I would prefer to stay somewhere else.

This truly is a Mountain home. It has a spectacular view. Way better than the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was amazing in 30° weather, you would've never know it was that cold outside. We would love to stay here again. The only thing that could've made this place better was a bathroom in the living area. All 3 bathrooms are located inside of each bedroom. Other than that, this cabin was perfect.

The cabin was very clean for the most part, the views were absolutely stunning, and the host was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The area we were in felt very safe and private. The cabin itself was very pretty and rustic inside, and we couldn’t get over the view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend people book this Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay overall—the space was comfortable and the location worked well for us. That said, there were a few things worth noting for future guests and the host: The dryer didn’t seem to work properly. We had to run it 4–5 times and our clothes were still damp. The grill’s propane tank was empty, so we weren’t able to BBQ as planned. There were a few items left in the shower, possibly from a previous guest, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected.

The cabin was as pictured. We enjoyed the views. The cabin was perfect for our fall getaway. The only issues we had was the garbage disposal was not working, the bedroom light in the first room didn’t turn on and lastly, the middle bedroom fireplace was a little wonky.

We had a great time with family and enjoying the beautiful views on the multiple decks. We even had visits from a Mama bear and her cub each day...don't worry we stayed away and let them have their space 😊 The access to the pool was also enjoyed by all the kids.

The place was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. If we could change one thing, it would be better water pressure out of the kitchen sink. But, overall a very beautiful stay

We stayed in the same cabin about 6yrs ago and it was better maintained at that point. Grand Welcome was extremely responsive but we had several minor issues. Upon arrival the door code was listed as part of the gate code and another code was losted as door code, we had 2 folks that got stung immediately upon going on back porch, during a heavy rain, water ran in the top windows of the living room amd we had to clean up, our comforter had to be replaced due to multiple dirty spots, 2 of our 3 bathrooms had large hairball left behind.

This place was amazing for our family! We were about 25 min from Wears Valley Rd. It was a beautiful drive to say the least. You are literally on the side of a mountain. We also got to see bears while we were there. They were resting in the woods down from our deck. Lots of space. The loft provided extra space for my grandson and he loved the spiral staircase going up to the top floor. It was a little scary for me and if you’re afraid of heights then I wouldn’t recommend. Beds were comfortable and the middle and top floors had private balconies. View was incredible from any deck you were on. Enough parking for 2 cars. The drive up to the house is very curvy and there are some very steep places and sharp turns. We didn’t want to leave and were so thankful for our peaceful and stress free stay!

It’s a beautiful place with a beautiful view. Great with large families. The only negative I can think of is the driveway is narrow and windy. But it is paved.

We had a great time ! 11 people went and there was enough room where all of us were comfortable. The jacuzzi tub, fire place, and grill were very nice and helpful while we were there. The stay in this cabin was great. It was a family vacation of 10, we had enough room for everyone. The cabin has everything you need. Checking in and out was easy. But I will say the parking area is small and we had a hard time getting our two big trucks in but if you have a small vehicle that’s not a problem. The Mountain View was amazing! Over all our stay was great!
