Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and are purchased at the Sea Pines front gate for a $30 fee (cash only). Provide the reservation name and condo number (3215) to the gate guard to receive your pass. If you need more than one parking pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in.
• Building Details: Located in Building 3 (the tan building) on the second floor above the parking level. Elevator and stairs are available; stairs may be required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
