As the name suggests, the home’s location in the resort community of White Sands Village includes a plethora of onsite amenities including a covered BBQ area, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. You will also be ideally located to explore a myriad of adventures from delicious waterfront restaurants to eclectic shopping options, nearby hiking trails, and long scenic drives along the rugged coastline. Magic Sands Beach Park, named for way the sand “magically” appears and disappears with the changing of the tides, is simply a stroll across the street. Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.

The open floorplan seamlessly combines living and dining together, ensuring no one is left out of the action. The remodeled kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops, full-sized appliances, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware – all the essentials for whipping up delicious homestyle meals!

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request prior to arrival with a $50 charge.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.
• Dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle
• Visitors parking available but NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
• TV is equipped for Live TV and streaming

Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, this home is your oasis for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

Facilities are for the exclusive use of Residents, Tenants and their Guests at White Sands Village.
All owners or their Agents shall provide a copy of the House Rules and/or Abbreviated House Rules, as applicable, in their units prior to the arrival of guests or tenants.
Owners, tenants and guests shall notify the office upon arrival or within 24 hours at the latest. The office needs to know who is staying in our units and what vehicles are on property at all times. It is imperative that all occupants of each apartment be known in the event of an emergency.
Owners or their Agents shall notify the office of all future arriving guests and/or renters in advance in writing, by email or by fax. Phone calls are not accepted.
The common halls, corridors, sidewalks, and stairways shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than for ingress or egress from the apartment.
Driveways and carports are not to be used for ball playing, bicycling (except for ingress and egress), skating, skateboarding, or storage of personal items with the exception of bicycles/scooters as stated in House Rule B. 5.
No one shall be permitted to play or loiter in the halls, elevators, stairways, and carports.
No occupant shall make or permit any disturbing noises including stereos, musical instruments or wind chimes on the premises by themselves, family, friends, or guests; nor, do or permit anything to be done by such persons that will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other occupants. Wind chimes must be removed or wrapped during quiet time if there is a complaint. All residents shall maintain quiet between the hours of 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM daily. Please be mindful that your voice carries when using your cell phone outside of your unit.
Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited in all areas of White Sands Village. Law enforcement will be notified immediately.
All damages to the building/elevator, including those caused by moving and carrying of articles therein, shall be the liability of the apartment owner, guests, or tenants having caused such damage.
No objects, excluding footwear and door mats, shall be allowed outside of the front alcove of any apartment. Nothing shall be left on the main walkway.
There shall be no cooking or barbequeing of any kind on the individual lanais. Only WSV barbeques are allowed in designated, marked areas.
Nothing shall be dropped, shaken or thrown from walkways, lanais or apartment windows, including bird or animal food, which is also expressly prohibited on lanai walls and/or railings. DO NOT feed the birds.
Nothing shall be hung from lanai railings or walkway walls (such as towels, clothing, etc.). Only normal furnishings may remain on the lanais in view of other apartments. Serviceable sport equipment (surfboards/paddle boards) in good condition may be visible. Banners during Ironman and the Super Bowl will be allowed and must be removed within 24
hours after the event. Christmas decorations will be allowed to go up the day after Thanksgiving and must be removed no later than January 2nd.
Please keep a unit key with you at all times to prevent accidental lockout. Tenants may need to contact the rental agent, owner or a locksmith to gain entry into the unit.
The pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs and recreation room are in a locked, gated area for safety reasons. A special “pool key” provided by the owner or their rental agent is required to open the gate(s) for access to these common areas. A lost pool key will result in a $50 replacement fee being charged to the owner of the unit.
No children under the age of twelve (12) shall be allowed inside the gated common areas without an adult resident of White Sands Village because of potential injury during unsupervised use of the pool, hot tub, saunas and/or BBQs.
NO SMOKING is permitted in any area of the property. Smokers must leave the property to smoke. (See Exhibit I Amendment to Bylaws)
Pets and service animals are allowed in any common area ONLY when carried or leashed. Any service/comfort animal must be registered with the Association before coming onto the property.
