Settle into a comfortable, coastal home designed for easy gatherings and quiet downtime. With 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the layout works well for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Unwind in the main living areas, then step outside to enjoy fresh ocean air on the outdoor seating. Fire up the BBQ for simple al fresco meals, or relax with a soak in the hot tub after a day on the trails or beach. You’ll also have a washer and dryer for added convenience.

• Bedroom 1: King bed; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and glass walk-in shower (sleeps 2)

• Bathroom 1 (Ensuite to Bedroom 1): Walk-in shower, single vanity
• Bathroom 2 (Hall): Shower/tub combo, single vanity
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking and pool passes are required and will be inside the home upon arrival (in a black pouch). Additional cars can be parked at the Grand Welcome office at 39225 S. Hwy 1, Suite B, Gualala (in the Gualala Supermarket shopping center). We’re not responsible for vehicles parked there.
• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests may use the community recreation centers (outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts; amenities vary by center). Pool/amenity access requires passes, and some activities require advance reservations via the Sea Ranch Association website. Trails and beaches are open.
• Stairs: This home has stairs; please see photos.
• Fireplace: Not available for use.
• Washer/Dryer: In-home washer and dryer provided.
• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural, coastal location, internet speed and reliability—and cell service—can be spotty and are not guaranteed.
• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Please clean up after your dog.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended. NO EV Charging available
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
