The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• 10pm Quiet Time strictly enforced by City of Newport Beach, please be kind and adhere to this policy!

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle.
• This home has a strict No Pets or Animals policy.
• Owner equipment at the home is not for guest use such as Bikes, paddle boards and Boat. Please do not attempt to use.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, the fist located on the back patio, actively monitoring the patio furniture and the second located on the side walkway, actively monitoring the side entrance.

o Dock access is limited to the bay only. Paddleboards, boats, and other watercraft are not available for use.
o Guests assume full responsibility for the use of the dock and bay access. The homeowner and property manager are not liable for any incidents or accidents.
