This welcoming townhouse is designed for easy group stays, with space for up to 6 guests across three private bedrooms—each with its own bathroom for added comfort. The main living areas (living room, dining area, and kitchen) are on the second floor, creating a centralized spot to gather after a day on the lake or the links.

Step outside to enjoy the furnished patio and fire up the BBQ grill for relaxed evenings at home. Inside, you’ll find smart TVs in each bedroom, a selection of board games for low-key fun, and a washer and dryer to keep beach towels and travel gear fresh. A pack ’n play is provided for little ones, and a full-size rollaway bed is available for extra flexibility within the 6-guest maximum.

• Bedroom 2 (first floor): King bed, smart TV, patio access, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 3 (third floor): King bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Additional Sleeping: Full-size rollaway bed available for flexibility (home sleeps up to 6).
• Additional Bathroom: Full guest bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Main Living Areas: Living room, dining area, and kitchen are on the second floor.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs are required. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are on the 2nd floor; one bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the 1st floor.
• Parking: Unassigned, first-come, first-served lot parking is available in front of the building, with additional parking in the nearby gravel lot. No boat trailer parking is allowed at the home. Trailer parking is available at Lake LBJ Marina.
• Resort access: Guests do not have access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities, with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill, which is open to the public.
• Security: One exterior Ring camera is located at the front door and actively monitors the parking lot.
• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
