Great location! The place was very clean, and we loved sitting on the deck every morning to have coffee/tea. Wonderful development! The place was very spacious. The pool was great! The host is updating the map as it was a little off - so don't give up if you're driving around.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO. Location is great for walking to the King & Queens shops where you can shop, get coffee, grocery store, and ice cream. Also walkable to the beach where you can see turtles, and a handful of restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels. The host provided great starters for coffee, laundry detergent, garbage bags and shower stuff. Ample room with the 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Beautiful lanai to drink coffee and enjoy a quiet morning and entertaining in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful.

Everything was great. Check in process was very easy. Amazing lanai overlooking the golf course. 5 min walk to the ocean. Will definitely consider going back next time I’m on the Big Island. Thx again!

Great location for nearby beaches, groceries, other resorts, and restaurants. The unit was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful. The one glitch was the ice maker was not working, but when told they responded right away bringing us ice.

The home was within walking distance from restaurants and shops. It had a gorgeous mountain view of the sunrises. The management company always made sure we felt welcome and our needs were met.

This was our first time on the big island, and this Airbnb was perfect! Super clean, spacious, quiet, close to shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative and we would stay here again!

We stayed in this spacious condo for 3 weeks and loved the lanai and surrounding gardens. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, and we appreciated the "extras"- coffee filters, tin foil, olive oil, salt/pepper, etc. They were also generous with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and pods for dishwasher/washing machine. The down sides were: it is on the second floor, and every step and squeak from the floor above could be heard- especially bothersome at night. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. While doing laundry, I noticed black spots on the washing machine gasket, and the inner lining was absolutely filthy. If you have a HE machine, you know it needs maintenance cleaning. They did send someone to clean it, but were unable to get it clean. The living area couch and love seat were old, dirty, frayed, and very uncomfortable. They did say they would replace them. Air vent was thick with dust/hair. Overall, not well maintained.

We will bring your feedback to the owner regarding the couches, loveseat, lanai chairs, and dining setup, and we are reviewing maintenance procedures to ensure appliances and HVAC vents are thoroughly cleaned for future guests. Our maintenance team will repair the screen doors, and the ice maker will soon be replaced. We will also review the refrigerator size to improve functionality. Lovely and spacious condo and lanai. The property is also very pretty with flowering shrubs, trees and ponds. The pool area was also comfortable. The company that takes care of the rental are quite strict with any changes so just a heads up for that. Overall we really enjoyed the property!

The condo is a cozy little place on a small slice of paradise. Well positioned in Waikoloa and nestled between several hotels and shopping centers. Beaches, shopping and dining are just minutes away! Place was nice and tidy, provided reasonable amenities. A couple of low points: 1. The ice machine seemed broken. There was however a bag of ice in the freezer 2. The balcony sliding glass doors were missing some blinds, which might be a little awkward in the morning. For you and the neighbors. 3. Lights and switches didn't really make sense. Most of the switches didn't go to the lights they said or otherwise didn't do what they stated. 4. The headboard of the bed also wasn't secured, so get ready for a restless sleep as you wake yourself up whenever you turn over and the headboard hits the wall.

The balcony was very nice with all the birds in the morning chirping away. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed. The bedrooms were clean and neat. The complementary beach chairs we very helpful so we did not need to rent or buy them. Location is also great near very nice beaches. Especially the A bay. Thank you for having us. It was a great experience.

Our family of two adults and one toddler stayed in this condo for 12 days and we very much enjoyed it! It had everything we needed for an extended stay. The location is great too: walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach is especially important when you have kids. The community is peaceful and quiet. Our large balcony overlooked a golf course, Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea volcanoes. We often spent time on the balcony having breakfast in the morning and sipping wine in the evenings. We would stay there again. In fact, it was our second stay in that community in the past 6 months.
