As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
The parking fees are as follows:
- Mandatory Parking Fee: A one-time $25 fee per car is required, regardless of the duration of your stay.
- Additional Car Fee: $25 per additional car, subject to space availability within the community.
- Large Vehicle Fee: For passenger vans or large SUVs that require a larger stall, the parking fee is $50. BV's standard stalls are smaller and may not accommodate larger vehicles.
Guests must pay the applicable parking fee upon arrival, either by cash or credit card. Additionally, guests are required to check in at the communal front desk upon arrival to receive key cards for unit entry. We recommend confirming your parking needs in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500.00. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. Minimum six-night stay.
In order to book this property you must be over 25 years old.
Sadly pets are not permitted at this property. Un-authorized pets may be subject to a fine.
