This home is located in the desirable gated community of Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club and includes exciting onsite amenities such as tennis courts, a large swimming pool, and BBQ areas. You’ll also be close to many popular local destinations outside of the community. Kahalu’u Beach Park is just a short walk away as is the Keauhou Shopping Center which houses a variety of stores, restaurants, a cinema, and a farmer’s market. Enjoy partial ocean and golf course views from the condo’s balcony of the adjacent Kona Country Club, a gorgeous 18-hole course right on the ocean. The condo itself is also a sight to see, newly updated with a fresh, modern kitchen and beautiful hardwood floors. A chic living room includes plush sofa seating with a chaise lounge as well as a smart TV for when you need a break from the sun or a quiet space for an afternoon nap. The open floor plan leads seamlessly into the dining room with a table and chairs set for 6, ideal for eating homecooked meals made in the fully equipped kitchen just steps away. Creamy white countertops and stainless steel appliances are highlights of the space, with drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware to accommodate any of your mealtime needs.
If you simply cannot get enough of the fresh ocean air, the spacious, shaded balcony offers enough room for everyone with a chaise lounge and sofa-style seating as well as a ceiling fan to keep you feeling comfortable and breezy.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Assigned parking is available in the lot for 1 vehicle.
- This is a 2nd-floor unit and there is no elevator.
- Each room includes a split AC system.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
