This 2 BR/2 BA unit features luxurious and tropical decor, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Vacationers will love visiting the beautiful area and will have plenty of island activities surrounding them. Fairways at Mauna Lani is a short stroll to the award-winning Spa Without Walls at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The lavish Mauna Lani Spa is just a few minutes drive within the resort. Excellent dining is available at the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. The beach is walking distance, ideal for a day trip in the sun.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!

This vacation home unveils with an open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen will put a chef in heaven with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Whip up an acai bowl with the blender or utilize the whole kitchen to make a multicourse meal. Seating for three is placed at the built-in breakfast bar so guests may watch and keep the chef company in the kitchen. A formal dining table has seating for four just steps away. Alternatively, step outside onto the private lanai and fire up the BBQ. A kitchenette is prepared to help you grill up a yummy snack. A patio table and chairs are arranged for an alfresco dining experience.

Relax in the living room on the cozy sectional couch placed in front of the TV. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, washer/dryer, and central AC are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Head upstairs to catch up on some rest at the end of the day which holds a King-sized bed and TV. An attached master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, stand-in shower, and dual sinks. Guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and TV. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani also has a fitness room perfect for working up a sweat. Shower off and head out to the expansive pool area. There is a pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Guests also have access to the private beach club. This private beach club goes to a beautiful beach with calming waters and lounge chairs for guest use only.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
