We enjoyed being walking distance from the water, and the pool was nice. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful accommodations, however it is a bit far from services and businesses for walking and another mode of transportation is recommended!

Fabulous location walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Ali’i Drive. Peaberry & Galette for breakfast and coffee. KTA for groceries, Kahaluu for snorkeling…. They’re all walking distance. The unit was immaculately clean and comfortable. A bit dated but in that old fashioned Hawaii way that I love. A great stay!

Love this section of KONA! Walking distance to a beautiful Bay to swim in to start your day! walkable up to the shopping center to do food shopping, see a movie, as well as some terrific restaurants, especially the Thai food!

The Airbnb is situated in a peaceful part on the island but still close to downtown (about a 10-15min drive). Perfect for 3-4 friends who are looking for a good place to stay on the big island. The hosts are responsive. Just be warned that there is no AC so if you like to sleep cold, it could be a little hot. We found that opening the windows helped a lot.

This place was beautiful, well stocked with fun items for the beach and very clean. We loved the views of the water and vegetation. Something to be mindful of, there were several critters in and around the property including a large spider. We got a message from the owners saying that they were aware of this and doing their best to keep pests under control. This is in a lush part of the island and maybe not the best place to stay if you aren’t comfortable with all the little friends that live here. We really loved all the visits from the little green geckos and only ever saw the one spider. Great place to stay if you’re comfortable with nature!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The accommodations were just what we needed. It was peaceful and spacious. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and taking in the breathtaking views on the two decks. My family and I hope to return on the future.

A perfect place! Walked to Keahou Bay for excursions. There's a good local grocery, a post office, a local restaurant with a great happy hour as well as regular menu items and lots of other shops within walking distance, too. The condo is well laid out for a family, two couples or a couple. Good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good quality and plentiful linens. There is a lanài off the primary bedroom and another off the living room overlooking a tropical garden with gorgeous sunset views. Friendly geckos and birds galore! Paradise in your front yard! Parking just outside the electronic entry door. Beach equip including chairs and snorkels and ice chests and beach towels/mat are available for guests. It was an ideal location for us because it's 4-5 miles south of congested Kailua-Kona yet convenient to the Belt Hwy and Ali'i Dr. There's also a free shuttle to downtown Kailua with a stop at the Keahou Shopping Center. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Nice place, but having AC would help a lot. It was too hot.I also bought and installed outdoor hose to wash out sand. Hope it won't be removed and can be helpful for the next guests.

I gave this 4 stars because the location and resort are very quiet but yet, close to all the ammenities you need. We found several huge cockroaches, the pull-out sofa bed was covered in dirt and sand when i pulled it out, the outlets by the upstais bthroom sont work and one outlet in the living room doesnt work. Upstairs shower also had bugs in the corner that kept coming out from between the tub and wall. Youll have all the gecko friends you need on the lanai though and a gorgeous view of the sunsets.

This was a really great place to stay. The condo was easy to find, with its own parking space right outside. It's was well cleaned and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need - and they even left chocolates - such a nice touch!I was a bit worried it didn't have air conditioning but it wasn't an issue at all, despite the weather being quite hot. Every window had a good quality bug screen so we could sleep with everything open. The view from the lanai was spectactular - we got some great sunsets and stargazing. It was also within walking distance of Keauhou harbor where you can take kayaking, snorkelling, manta ray tours. I would really recommend this place.

Decent facility with good location. A few bugs and ants in the house but if you accept them then you’ll have a good stay.
