Serene 3 BDRM with Hot Tub & EV Charger

This place was everything we hoped! It has a beautiful view. Is about a 15-20 minute walk down to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to the sea ranch chapel. We saw tons of deer and turkeys outside our place and seals at the beach. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for. The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you need and more. There’s also ping pong and foosball in the garage which was a pleasant surprise. Bring coffee - there was only enough from the host for one pot. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

We loved the house! Had a group of 8 and it was spacious and comfortable. The host was responsive to all our questions and we made use of the access to sea ranch rec center, which was a great amenity. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with equipment (it did promise olive oil which ran out) and we had everything we needed to make big meals. The hot tub was lovely and EV charger was convenient for our car, and we discovered the games room in the garage which was lots of fun! Would recommend and would return!

It truly checks all the boxes for a great vacation home—well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, hot tub, and a wonderfully secluded feel. Our group, seven humans and one dog, shared a multigenerational weekend getaway. The house was spacious and clean and comfortable. The setting was convenient to our favorite Sea Ranch destinations, including the bluff trail and Shell Beach by foot and Two Fish Bakery and Surf Market by car. We’ve been to Sea Ranch multiple times and we’d be happy to return to this house. The views, hot tub, and private yard were especially appreciated by the people in the family with limited mobility. Check in and check out were easy—no long list of chores!

We had a great time, even with the rain. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable space. Well equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and dining with plenty of dishes and glassware. The hot tub (robes provided!) and the game room were very welcome. This was our first Sea Ranch rental on the forest (non-ocean) side, but it still has a view of the ocean and the walk to the coastal trail isn't that far. I would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing get-away.

Beautiful, clean space with a great hot tub. For those who are sensitive to soft mattresses, the primary bedroom may not be for you! Also, don’t forget kindling/fire starter if you’ll want that for the fireplace.

Great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving with our pup and toddler. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a Thanksgiving meal. Based on the older reviews, it does look like a few additions have been included around baking supplies in the buffet. Behind the house is the Shell Beach entrance and fairly straightforward path to cross Highway 1, and easy access to Sea Ranch Lodge (<10min drive) as well as grocery stores in Gualala (<10min drive). During our stay we saw dozens of wild turkeys, deer, quail, and plenty of seals in the water! Would stay again. With any rental property / visiting someone else's home, there's going to be quirks so I'll note a few: -Primary shower water gauge is installed backwards (hot is cold, cold is hot) -The Nest thermostat doesn't get reset between stays so make sure you check the overnight schedule especially in the colder months -Patio cushions were in the garage, and not in the patio storage container

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Our pup loved the private little backyard, which was not just a fully fenced but also beautiful. The maple tree leaves changing color were an added bonus. The view of the ocean was great and the sunsets amazing. We had a storm come in so it was great to see the clouds forming. It was easy to cross the highway and get straight onto the hiking/walking trails, which we did every day accessing the beaches at low tide, collecting mussels and tide-pooling. The kitchen was functional and well stocked with a beautiful stove. We had fun cooking. I feel like the hosts thought of everything including providing a charging station for an electric car. That was definitely an added bonus. We didn't use the rec room or the hot tub but a family with kids would probably love that. Also the bed was super comfortable! The only thing that would have made things a little easier would be having kindling and paper for lighting a fire in the fireplace.

Beautiful house in Sea Ranch! The main living area is really nice and great for hanging out. The master bedroom upstairs is lovely with views of the ocean. The two bedrooms downstairs are more modest but comfortable, and right next to each other. The private garden and seating area at the front of the home are wonderful. It's an easy walk to Shell Beach, which is nice because parking for Shell Beach is limited. The hosts were responsive and helpful. This house is on the other side of the highway from the beach, but it's easy to walk across and the views of the ocean were beautiful and unobstructed. Lovely place!

My husband and I have stayed at least a dozen times in Sea Ranch at various properties over the years and we always love our time there. This visit was no exception. The house was comfortable, well-appointed, and extremely easy to navigate. The kitchen had all the utensils and gear needed to make a week's worth of favorite dinners and desserts. Up until now, we have only stayed on the ocean side of the main road, but the hillside location of this home offered a gorgeous ocean view with a lovely, easy walk to the beach. The house exceeded expectations in terms of privacy and space. The big open living room was perfect for lounging, and the gated front garden and hot tub were so cozy. Our host was SO responsive and kind. Wonderful memories were made, I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a positive experience. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and perfectly located for our trip. The only minor issue we encountered was that the curtains in the main bedroom were broken, which made it a little difficult to sleep in. Blackout curtains would be a great addition, especially for guests who are sensitive to light. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend your place to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed hear with spouse and 2 kids. Clean, spacious and overall very lovely. Would stay here again. You need to cross the 1 to get to Sea Ranch, which you can do on foot, but would not do with very small kids. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10, which is difficult given the isolated area and cost of stay. Communication is with property agency and extremely generic (not sure I was ever communicating with a real person). Nothing in the house guide book is specific to that property. Was constantly pestered to fill out surveys (rate your check in!) but could not get an answer on late check out until 24 hours before (it was denied). That said, I think this is true of most Sea Ranch places.

This was our first time staying in Sea Ranch and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed a week but could have made it two. Found some mountain bike paths and calmer trails for our bikes in Sea Ranch. Paddled on the Gualala River. Had a picnic lunch at Mendocino gardens and a bike ride on the Noyo trail. Cheese and wine tasting at Penny Royal and Golden Eye (also like Navarro and Gowen ciders but no time this trip!). Hit up 2 fish bakery and Franny’s cup and saucer too. Lots of seafood options at the grocery stores in Point Arena. Everyone we met had a quiet, relaxed, and friendly vibe. We really liked the private garden area, the ping pong and darts in the garage. The lower level stayed nice and cool and windows opened upstairs with a screen for a nice breeze. We heard bob cats calling one night, saw foxes, deer, and turkeys and seals. Our dog came along on most of our adventures too. Some irresponsible owners on beach trails not cleaning up but otherwise good.

Grand Welcome Sea Ranch is located in a quiet and serene location that allows you to decompress and relax. The enclosed patio with hot tub and bbq grill are great. The home is with walking distance to Shell Beach. Lots of nature..our morning view was watching deers graze in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, glasses, dining plates, rice cooker and etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The beds appear to be double size vs. queen. Overall, this home is located in a great location. It allowed my family and I to relax and recharge.

Sea Ranch has always been a favorite place and we have rented many homes. This place is very nice and clean and I highly recommend it. Great for your pet as the private court yard is so beautiful and so many beautiful flowers to see. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Wish I knew the couch folded out as that couch is very comfortable and to be able to kick your feet up - we only found that out the vey last day. The kitchen is VERY NICE and they have nice pots and pans to cook with but the only downfall was the kitchen did not have any baking items. I love to cook AND bake but there was no beater, baking pans - cake pan or muffin tins. However, I was able to use the blender and use my muffin liners and cookie sheet to make my healthy muffins. We were able to do smores and it was a big hit, lol! We had a great time playing games in the garage. Thank you so much for hosting your lovely place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Sea Ranch retreat. The ocean views through those stunning windows are mesmerizing. I could’ve spent all day just watching the waves roll in. The house itself is beautifully designed, with a peaceful front courtyard and easy access to scenic trails that make exploring the area a joy. Inside, everything has been thoughtfully curated from the fully equipped kitchen (it truly has everything you need) to the convenient EV charging station. The property management team was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and nature. Highly recommended! My only piece of feedback is a later check out time. 10am is a bit too early with a 4pm check in time.

Came here with a 13 and 8 year old, plus our dog and three adults. We only had a day and a half as we came for the weekend but the house was very comfortable and well equipped. New appliances, electric car charger (huge bonus for us!), every dish and kitchen tool we needed. The main bedroom was comfortable (the pillows were a little thick). The main bathroom was lovely. The views were beautiful. We sat and looked out at the sea a lot. Lots of wildlife (turkeys, deer, quail, birds) could be seen from the big picture windows. It didn’t hurt that we had an amazing weather weekend and spent all day at the beach tidepooling. The walk was very easy from the house despite being on the other side of the main road. Easy access to the Gualala market and restaurants as well.

We had a great time staying at this house in Sea Ranch! The open living room with grand fireplace and ocean views was the highlight of the house for us. The kitchen had a nice stove and was well equipped with utensils and cookware you'd need for cooking. Saw lots of turkeys and deer from the windows and it was a short convenient walk to the meadow and trails along the bluffs. The host was very responsive and helpful when we were dealing with a power outage during our stay (very common for the area)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Sea Ranch home. It was just my wife and me, so we didn’t use the second and third bedrooms downstairs, but we thoroughly enjoyed the primary bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen—all of which had stunning views. The house is spacious, private, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking. While the jacuzzi wasn’t working when we first arrived, the host was very responsive in getting it up and running. Unfortunately, it took a full day to heat, so we couldn’t use it the first night. Despite being located above the highway, the house is incredibly peaceful inside, and road noise was not an issue. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

Delightful stay! A cut above the usual Airbnb, this house was airy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities. Quick walk to get across Hwy 1 and into the Sea Ranch trail system.
