The house and property are beautiful. Quick drive from the airport, very easy to check in and check out. We would definitely recommend this air bnb to our friends.

We stayed at Grand Welcome’s Flathead River Retreat with Hot Tub over Christmas, and it was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our large family to gather, play games, and relax by the wood-burning fireplace. The layout includes two separate living spaces, which made it easy to put our toddler to bed while adults enjoyed the hot tub.\n\nWe were lucky to get snowfall during our stay, and soaking in the hot tub while it snowed felt magical—truly a bucket-list experience! The home’s minimalist design and natural charm were refreshing and cozy. There’s a beautiful outdoor gas fire pit with very comfortable rocking chairs, plus a large open kitchen upstairs and an additional kitchen downstairs, which made meals and bottle prep convenient.\n\nWe had a small heating question, and the host was extremely responsive and even came to help in person. Overall, this was a relaxing, memorable stay, and we would absolutely love to return—especially in the summer.

We had a 4 night stay at this house. Overall it was a cozy gathering spot for a group of 7 people. The host was nice enough for extending our stay for hour after check out time One of the concerns we had was about the hot water accessibility. We did not have access to hot water for more than 16hrs. The host had stop by the day later to fix the issue. However on our last day in the morning we came across the same issue of not having hot water. Additionally the dishwasher did not seem that it had been professionally cleaned. What drew us to that was the smell coming from the machine after it had already ran a load. There were gunk and mold build up on the filter and inside the dishwasher. The machine also smelled. This is not hygienic and can be a health risk.

Such an incredible spot! So close to the airport and West Glacier Entrance! The house is incredible - from the wood burning fire place to the hot tub and everything in between. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Will 100% be coming back and staying again soon!

It was even better than the photos and description. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful property, and responsive and helpful hosts. It by far exceeded our expectations. Short drive to Glacier National Park and very close to the airport. Highly recommend. It was our first trip to Glacier, but I cannot believe there are many rentals equal or better than this one. We will stay here again if/when we visit again.

We stayed here for 9 days and it was such a refreshing fulfilling time. Definitely felt like home away from home! We had trouble figuring out the lighting, so Colin came over and helped us figure out what was going on. He was very responsive and available and helpful! The house itself is wonderful. The kitchen and dining and deck were the best part! We loved cooking our meals at home and being together as a family. The backyard was perfect for us to play wiffleball every evening with the kids and we had a blast! It was a beautiful walk down to the river and it was sweet to see the deer family every morning and evening. The listing said there were 2 sets of washers/dryers, but we only had access to one (which worked out fine, but not as convenient when you have other families staying together). We appreciated the bear spray being available to us! We will definitely be back! We want to make it an annual family trip now because we loved our time here so much! Thank you!

The photos upon booking made it feel like house had river view but it does not view river from the house. There is access to the river but you have to take a short walk to get there. Upon arrival there was a man in the house working on plumbing without notice which was a little uneasy. Overall the house was nice and location was good proximity to food and the park.

Hi Kasey and Bo, We are sorry you had a poor experience. We did text you, letting you know about the issue and that we were trying to get someone out there. It was a same day turnover, and we wanted to ensure you had full ability to use the sink, which was not operable without our maintenance tech working to create a solution until 6PM on a Saturday. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding on the river, we have updated that under "things to note" so that future guests are clear on their expectations.

One of my favorite Airbnbs we have stayed at! The backyard going down to the river is magical - we saw deer, turkey, and even a bald eagle. We fished in the river and swam - what a great place!

Perfect place for a large family gathering! It is quiet, peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous. The backyard is like a park with a beautiful walk to the river. We watched deer, geese, turkeys, and other wildlife strolling through the backyard from the amazing porch that overlooks the grounds. We really enjoyed sitting around the large table with the family for meals, and the extra seating at the kitchen island was great so we could all chat while we prepared the meals. It is close to stores and restaurants, although our group preferred to buy groceries and spend our time at this beautiful place. The host was kind, helpful, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed or to see if we wanted recommendations for anything. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

The house and property were wonderful - it was lovely to be situated out of the way directly on the Flathead River, but still very close to amenities in Columbia Falls and Whitefish, with easy access to Glacier National Park. Great home for a big group. Host was very responsive to questions.

We were a group of friends preparing to start a 2 week trip on the Continental Divide Trail from the Canadian to the Mexican Border. This home was absolutely perfect, plenty of room, stunning location on the river and close to town. I recommend this home to anyone. We have just finished the CDT and now have time to give a review and reflect on a great journey that started at the Flathead River Retreat. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is lovely and on a spacious land that my group thoroughly enjoyed. When we arrived to the property, the house had not been fully cleaned up to a 5 star standard, but the host was extremely responsive and handled the issue right away in a very professional manner.

We had a great time staying at the "Flathead River Retreat." The property was well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. Great views of the river, surrounding mountains, and wildlife. And the location was very convenient. Topping it off, we had a great experience working with the property manager. They communicated well and were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were beautiful and relaxing. Very convenient to Glacier which we drove into daily. We loved making a fire in the fireplace every night and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house very quiet. The bunk room area is a separate unit off the garage which was no issue for us with older kids, but something to be aware of if you are using it for small children. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area.
