This place exceeded our expectations, it was clean and very spacious. The views were amazing and the weather was perfect, we walked to the lake and all around the neighborhood with all of our kids with no problems. Would we go back? 100% Yes!

We had a great experience overall. Place was as described with beautiful surroundings. We encountered a winter storm so that made it even more special for the kids. The last room was a study and only had a sofa bed. But it was ok for us since couple of our party didn’t come so it was less than occupancy amount as such we didn’t need that room. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Location was great, peaceful atmosphere, close enough to town. Arrived to the house and all beds had suspicious white stains comforters . Communicated to host, responded right way, came later next day with ONE set of new sheets when I informed them the comforters in multiple beds were stained. I appreciate them coming out but they didn’t address the actual problem. Place was very dusty, tape on the walls as if there was a party there and was not cleaned up properly. Overall okay, could be a lot cleaner.

Really is a 10 person place but we made due - most was perfect for our group with room to spread out and room to gather for meals and games, etc! A few repairs needed around the windows but were able to manage the temperature for all to be comfortable! Was not quite serviced for a full house but once I got to someone they were very quick to respond Absolutely lovely!!

Ten guys visiting for a fantasy football trip. We had high hopes for our stay and spent a lot of time researching options when narrowing it down to this home. Unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. The host company does not use local professionals for in-app messaging and inquiries, creating confusion with communication. Instructions were sent several times, but with different details. Questions were not answered accurately (if at all) and rarely timely. The biggest issue was related to inconsistent answers specific to lake access. The listing and the in-app messenger confirmed having access to the neighborhood beach park, roughly ten minute walk from the home, but the security guard quickly denied our access, stating STR guests do not have access. The home itself was well-appointed with all of the necessary amenities. There were several broken/damaged items but not much hassle. The home needs a deep clean to remove dust and cobwebs. No AC, but home cools well at night.

We’ve also noted your comments on the maintenance and cleaning items, including the window hardware, pool table, pull-out couch, and linen availability. The cabin was spacious, well-stocked, and clean for the most part with a great view and plenty of bathrooms. We appreciated the fans during a hot weekend, especially in the upper-level living area. However, several issues impacted our stay: the ice maker was broken (a small unit was provided), gnats covered a bedroom ceiling by the end of our stay, and no bikes were available despite being listed—a major disappointment for our teens. We also found what looked like rodent droppings in the pool room couch. The host did send someone to clean it the next day. The layout was unusual with many stairs, and privacy was limited—one master bedroom had a balcony door directly visible from a neighboring window. This cabin is really close in proximity to both side neighbors. Communication started well but became slow later in the stay. The host did issue a $100 refund, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but due to these concerns, we would not return to this property.

Regarding the pull-out bed, the item reported as dirty was not the pull-out bed that’s advertised—there is only one pull-out bed, located in the living room. As for the bikes, our listing does not include it as an amenity. Ample space for 10 of us with lots of natural light, big kitchen and dining areas and plenty of spaces for us to spread out and play pool, enjoy the living room, fireplace and top porch. Would definitely come back for fun a family stay any time of the year.

This house may be the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed at. We had two familys, three generations in one home. We had family friends visiting from Texas who wanted to experience Tahoe winter. This house was perfect for 11 people we had. Everyone had their own bathroom which was the most amazing part. It had a large kitchen for us to cook breakfast and dinner. It was in a great location. Minutes to the grocery store and shopping. We were also only 20min from Palisades too. Highly recommend! Would come back

As a travel agent, both my hubby and myself, your home was amazing. We rent many large homes to accomadate both family and or our preschool families or church family. This time was just family.Sadly, we were only able to enjoy your beautiful home one night. The road conditions and bad resulted in road closure. We were not able to get to your home until 12/27 at 4:30 pm the next day. We will plan another trip there.
