Description
In the summer, pack a picnic. Skiing and snowboarding at the Northstar Resort is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy golfing at the Old Brockway Golf Course, just half a mile away.
The living room welcomes you with high ceilings, Smart TV (with cable), gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with gas BBQ and patio seating.
The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. Gather around the dining table over a warm homemade meal and great conversations with your family and friends.
All 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/DVD player, great for the kids! There is a shared full bathroom and half bathroom available.
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted.
