Great overall stay for nice little getaway. Not too far from Palisades and make our experience easy as could be.

Could hear the floor creaking every step the upstairs neighbor made. Shower drain was clogged. There was no coffee and no toaster, and the pots/pans were very well used. Super hard to locate the building we were supposed to be in then the apts weren’t in chronological order so it was hard to find where we were supposed to stay. They also asked us to do a load of laundry and didn’t provide detergent and it cost was $2.50. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but for the price I expected more.

The studio condo was just as described. My son and I stayed there for a baseball tournament , location was great and easy access to shopping and fields. Our only issue were the people above us were really heavy footed and were up throughout the night , making it difficult to sleep.

Studio was nice for the price. Location is a little tricky to find. There was a very noticeable smell when we walked that apparently after inquiring was told it was from the previous tenants. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and the living room curtains were broken so we couldn’t block the sun out or have much privacy:

The instructions to check in were clear, it took me a short minute to locate my room. Once i arrived it smelled a bit like sausage and did not leave throughout the stay. There was construction on the outside porch that was loud but they did communicate that ahead of time and sent me a partial refund for it which was nice. Not sure what was going on in the floor above us but it was very loud and unsettling at times, not sure what those sounds were. Overall though, the host was kind enough to have accommodated us.

The place itself perfectly suitable for two people as a place to sleep, although not the best place to spend time in my opinion as there isn’t a lot of natural light. Just keep in mind that this place is owned by a property management company, meaning you will need to repeat yourself again and again to a handful of people if you need assistance with anything… We were notified the day before our stay that the deck would be unavailable due to construction and we were offered a partial refund and late checkout, which I thought was fair, but to confirm the check out time I had to talk to chat with three people and finally call someone just to get an answer.

The good: Location, accuracy of listing.The could-be-better: (1) The site has minimal cell signal, so you’d better have downloaded the access instructions from VRBO before arriving. The unit has adequate wifi, but if you haven’t downloaded the password, etc., ahead, you won’t get on it. This is more a VRBO thing than a shortcoming with the unit because we could get texts and emails via cell, but there was insufficient cell bandwidth at the site for the VRBO app to completely connect. (2) The wifi access difficultly would have been prevented if the unit had a sheet of paper identifying the correct wifi (there are many) and its password, as well as other information about the unit and complex, but no such information sheet or booklet was present. (3) The furnishings in the unit are basic and a bit worn, and there were not even two coffee mugs (plates and bowls, yes, but no mugs?).On the whole it’s fine for a short stay and is cost competitive, but it could be improved pretty easily and without much investment.

Good solid place. I just wish they had air conditioning. Initially, it was hard to find the place, but it's a nice one.
