Located off North Upper Truckee, there is plenty to do with miles of hiking trails very nearby, and yes, it’s close to the Truckee river! This cabin has been very tastefully remodelled to allow you to have the best of both worlds. Located about 15 mins to Lake Tahoe and 20 mins to the casinos. COUNTY RENTAL LAWS
Please understand that these are laws set forth by the county that we all must abide by in order to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! :)
1. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
2. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
3. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties.
4. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt.
5. *Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
