The Blue Lake House is the ULTIMATE FAMILY ESCAPE!
If you have kiddos, want to stay in a comfortable, QUIET and safe place then stop scrolling - this is your home!! The owners of this home were long time Tahoe locals who recently moved and now want to share what they have loved with other families like you. You will feel the love when you say here! The backyard will keep your kids occupied for hours without their tablets, while you relax and unwind with the adults.

Bedroom 3: Upstairs large bedroom with 1 bunk bed & another queen.
*Due to the amount of bunk beds, this home is best for families.

COUNTY RENTAL LAWS
Please understand that these are laws set forth by the county that we all must abide by in order to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! :)
1. No hot tub use after 10pm *only if applicable
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
4. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties.
5. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt.
*Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with a great location that made it easy to enjoy the area. The host was responsive and thoughtful. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is the second time we book this place and we always feel right at home! We wish we could have extended our stay. We ran out of paper towels for our short stay, however, I had brought extras from home and it wasn't an issue. One of the neighbors was friendly and waived. There were a couple things we noticed (some plates and a cup had some chips, scissors were broken, and a door had some crayon marks) that were reported to our host and set aside. The home was clean and we look forward to future stays at this Airbnb.

The place was clean and in a good location, but our experience was negatively impacted by the host. The door code lock did not work properly, and we often had to enter the code 20+ times to get in. Despite following instructions exactly and sending videos showing the issue, the host was unhelpful and repeatedly told us to try again. The lock clearly needs to be replaced.\n\nNo backup solution was offered until the last day, when we informed them we couldn’t lock the door during checkout—only then did we learn a physical key was available the entire time. This felt poorly managed.\n\nCommunication overall was very poor. Responses were slow, generic, and often didn’t address our questions. The host appears to be a rotating team with little follow-up. While the space itself was fine, the lack of support makes it hard to recommend.

The house was comfortable and had many things that we needed including kids dishes, toys and plenty of towels. The location was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive away from a grocery store and many attractions in South Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful and lovely cabin. Great if you have a baby or young children, they have everything you need plus, they baby proofed the house effortlessly. We had a wonderful and so did our 1yr nephew.

The home was a nice size for our family and the kitchen was nice, but the house needs some maintenance. The backyard was extremely dirty upon arrival, and the outdoor furniture is practically unusable. The hot water heater went out on us the second morning of our trip and we had to take cold showers. When the maintenance man finally showed up later that evening he said that this is a known problem, and just re lit the heater and left without fixing it. Sure enough the water heater shut off again and we were left with no hot water for the second day in a row. The way they handled the issue was poor, and I would definitely use caution when renting a house from this management company.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 7. With 3 kids under 5 years old, we appreciated the toys, bunk beds, swing, and play house out back. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to BBQ and cook throughout the week. The only reason we couldn’t give 5 stars is because on our second to last night staying, the hot water stopped working. They came to fix it the following day, but it must have been temporary because by the same night there was no hot water again. Thankfully we had enough hot water to bath the kids, but the adults ended up taking cold showers our last 2 nights. They were actively trying to fix it - so I’m hopeful it will work if we ever visit again, because the house and location were perfect for our family vacation.

We picked a great location to accommodate both us parents and our 2 daughters. The jacuzzi was nice and warm for us when we arrived. The home was very cozy and a home away from home. They had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking through them again in the future!

it's a great place to travel with babies. they provided play pen, many toys and books for kids. The backyard has a swing too. perfect getaway for the family. The sauna was awesome.

My family and I had a great stay during spring break. Check in was very easy. Plenty of games and toys for the kids. Large yard to play in the snow and have fun. Overall a good stay.

I cannot begin to praise this place enough. First of all it had positive energy the moment we walked in. It felt like home. We have a 13 and 8 years olds and 5 month old baby. Everyone had something available for them to do. Thank you for that play pen, high chair and kid friendly bowls. We loved all the engaging activities outside. The web and a swing for baby. We appreciated the cleanliness and coziness of the whole place. The 13 year old said thank you for the ps3. 😊 That upstairs is a whole vibe! We would love to come back again! Thank you!
