In summer, stroll a few steps to the sandy beach, walk the lakeside paths, or head to Ski Run Marina—just a 5-minute walk along the shore—for boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, and waterfront dining. In winter, you're just 1 mile from Heavenly’s Village Gondola and California Base Area, making ski days effortless.
Inside, vaulted ceilings create an airy, light-filled living space designed for unwinding after days on the lake or mountain. Settle into the leather sofa and recliner while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV, or gather around the fireplace for a cozy night in.
The fully equipped kitchen features plentiful counter space, and everything needed to whip up delicious meals in your home away from home.

GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: In Tahoe it’s so quiet at night that you can hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all the county laws. Our guests are normally fine if they head inside or to the casinos after 10pm. We appreciate your understanding.
KEEP TAHOE BLUE: Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snowstorms, road closures, etc.
WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY: Due to the potential of heavy snowfall, we recommend 4WD vehicles with snow tires, tire chains and experience driving in the snow. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common. Please always wear snow boots and walk with care on icy pathways.

HIGH FIRE RISK: Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts and charcoal bbq’s are prohibited.
TOWELS: We supply one bath towel, one wash cloth per occupant and then one hand towel per bathroom.
SECURITY: Most of our homes have exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance, but we take our guests' privacy very seriously. There are never indoor cameras. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels at their homes.
MOUNTAIN CRITTERS: It’s not uncommon at any home in Tahoe to find little mountain mice, spiders, spider webs, ants, mosquitoes, etc. Our homes have on-going extermination services but despite our best efforts, these little critters might make their way inside. If found it doesn’t mean a home is dirty, let us know and we will do our best to mitigate such findings.
COMMON AREA AMENITIES: All common area amenities are operated and cared for by the HOA, not by Grand Welcome. While we make every effort to keep guests up-to-date on closures and maintenance, there may be situations out of our control that lead to closures.
TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
1. The county states no hot tub use after 9pm.
2. 9pm - 8am is also the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accommodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if this happens.
