With accommodations for up to 10 guests, this splendid 4-bedroom house offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

Bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom and features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 both feature king beds
Bedroom #4 features a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed.

The following information is provided to make your stay as smooth and carefree as possible. Please read these rules and regulations carefully before booking and let us know if you have any questions!


TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCES:
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
9. 10pm - 8am hours are quiet time for all rentals as determined by the county.
10. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
11. We cannot host extra people above the permitted number of guests or allow parties on the premises.
12. We cannot accommodate extra cars on the property. Parking on the street and dirt is prohibited.
13. If your home has a hot tub, please enjoy it until 10pm at which time hot tubs are no longer allowed to be used.

PLEASE NOTE: Noise levels are closely monitored in Tahoe and neighbors may alert the police in the event of excessive noise. Fines will be issued to guests found in violation of noise regulations. In order to protect the homeowner permit, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave in the event of noise complaints.

IMPORTANT INFO:
• QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled away in nature, Tahoe at night becomes very peaceful and quiet. As a result, we can only host groups that respect Tahoe's county appointed quiet hours. Our guests generally have no issues abiding by these rules, simply head inside or to the casinos by 10pm. We appreciate your understanding!
• KEEP TAHOE BLUE: Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance as we typically do not offer refunds in the event of covid, smoke, fires, weather, snowstorms, road closures, etc.
• WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY: After the historic winter season of 2023, we recommend travelling with 4WD vehicles, equipped with snow tires and tire chains. Drivers should have experience with snowy conditions. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common. Please always wear snow boots and walk with care on icy pathways.
• BBQ/DECKS IN WINTER: Due to snow levels and freezing temps, BBQs are not serviced and decks are not shoveled during the winter. But if you can dig it out and there is propane - feel free to use outdoor spaces.
• LATE CHECK OUT: Please let us know 24 hours prior to check out if you wish to request a late check out time. The first hour is free, followed by a $25/hour fee with check out time not to exceed 1pm. Please note our cleaners sometimes travel as far as 1 hour to clean your home, so we ask that you please respect the 10am check out time unless otherwise requested.
• HIGH FIRE RISK: Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts, and charcoal BBQs are prohibited.
• BLACK BEARS: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows, and view bears from afar. Please do not feed the bears.
• TOWELS: We supply one bath towel and one wash cloth per occupant, as well as one hand towel per bathroom.
• SECURITY: Most of our homes have exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance, but we take our guests' privacy VERY seriously. There are never indoor cameras. Most cameras are only in use to monitor snow and noise levels, plus a little bear watching.
• MOUNTAIN CRITTERS: Any time you’re staying at a Tahoe home, it’s not uncommon to find little mountain mice, spiders, spider webs, ants, mosquitos, etc. Our homes have on-going extermination services but despite our best efforts, these little critters might make their way inside. If found, it doesn’t mean a home is dirty, it’s simply life in Tahoe! Please let us know if you find any critters and we will promptly mitigate.
• REVIEWS: We genuinely value your input and appreciate constructive feedback that can help us enhance our offerings. If you have any issues whatsoever, please communicate directly with us so we can offer a resolution. We will always act swiftly to ensure your best possible stay. Pay for a $2,000 refundable security deposit upfront.

Walk through of the home is required every 30 days - can be scheduled on your time.
We cannot host groups of seasonal ski resort employees.
No smoking of any kind inside of the home.
No drug use, excessive partying or using this home as a ‘flop’ house.
No moving in or using this home has your primary residence.
No subleasing or letting friends rent this home. You must be present at all times.
No leases longer than 6 months.
FAILURE TO TREAT THIS HOME WITH RESPECT OR ABIDE BY ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES, WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC EVICTION AND PERMANENT WITHHOLDING OF YOUR $2,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Silver Pines - Tahoe Meadow Escape is exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. The home is spacious and has all of the essentials to get your vacation going. The view from the front of the house is beautiful, especially during sunset. Heating upstairs worked better than the downstairs space, but the kids didn't complain. Backyard is a little small, but again, the kids still enjoyed the space playing in the snow. Home is located walking distance to a gas station and Grocery Outlet, which we made multiple stops for food, drinks and other essentials. Also only 10-15 minutes to Heavenly Village. Communication-wise, you'll be in communication with The Grand Welcome Team, who manages the vacation rental property.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much nicer in person, very spacious, very cozy and very well maintained. It has everything you need and the binder with instructions is very helpful if you have any doubts as to how things work or where things are located. Just a wonderful stay and experience while there. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed here for a family snow trip with five adults and four kids. This house was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, clean, comfortable beds, perfect location.
