This house was perfect for my family, and all 4 kids had their own bed. Close enough to town and the ski resorts that the drive was never far, and just far enough away that it still felt peaceful. Loved how spacious the house was, and the whole setup made our stay great! I would definitely stay again if it’s available!

I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it! My only complaints were that the kitchen was out of many general spices so I had to go out and buy some, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The bigger issue we had was that the hot tub was not heated when we arrived which we expected it to be. We did not realize this until that night and it took nearly a full day to heat which was unfortunate because we picked this place because it had a hot tub. Besides these issues, our stay was good and the house was perfect for what we needed. If I was in the area again, I would definitely book this Airbnb, but just check in about the hot tub before arriving

We had a great stay at this home. The backyard was perfect for snow sledding, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. For longer stays, having chlorine available would be helpful, as we weren’t able to use the hot tub on the last day due to needing more.\n\nBoth kids and adults loved the retro video game machine and spent hours playing it. The pool table area was well set up with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fireplace. The home is very spacious and well suited for larger families.\n\nWe recommend bringing basic cleaning supplies, as none were provided and we needed to purchase a few items to keep the house tidy (such as paper towels, windex and Clorox wipes). There were limited blankets and pillows, but after requesting more, they were delivered quickly, which we appreciated.\n\nCleanliness could have been slightly better, as there was dried liquid on the wall near the garage stairs and some trash by the hot tub. \nOverall, we had a great stay and would stay again at this lovely home.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway My wife and I had an absolutely amazing weekend at this Tahoe cabin. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained everything was. The cabin has that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort — exactly what you want for a relaxing mountain escape. Prima Norte was nice! We loved the hot tub and the kitchen had any appliance you'd need. There was a planned shut-off of power all day for one of the two days we stayed there, but there's not much anyone could do to prevent it. The couches were comfortable, the tv worked great, and the beds/pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. There was lots of space and a nice deck! The bathrooms weren't quite as clean as we'd have liked for the price we paid, but it was acceptable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it worked perfectly for our group of six.

Pros: House was clean and inside was comfortable. Clean bedding, towels, rooms, bathrooms. Easily accessible, nice neighborhood and quiet at night. Good selection of kitchen utensils. Comfortable master bedroom. Spacious family room/dining table. Easy parking with access to garage parking as well. Easy directions to and from downtown activities. Cons: Master bathroom jet tub does not work. Main entry railing is very poorly built. Very loose and hazardous. Can’t trust it. Pool table sticks could use attention. Bent, broken, tips falling off. We had 1 decent stick to use out of 4. Kitchen lighting was poor. Not all can lights worked. Even With the dimmer all the way on there was still blown bulbs/low light. Hot tub was not hot upon arrival. Had to wait 24 hrs to get up to temperature.

Great house! There’s no AC (which was expected in Tahoe), but each room had a fan and there was an evaporator cooler in the living room. We had a brief moment of panic after the instructions told us we could only have two cars after booking (pre booking said 4), but we were able to park one of our 3 cars in the garage! Only allowing 2 cars for an 8 person home seems silly, but this has more to do with the local ordinances than the owners/management. Would happily stay there again!

Would definitely book at this home again, the distance to the lake was like a 15 min drive, we had all urgent stores really near by too like groceries and pharmacies. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Some of the window latches were broken - no big deal. My main issue was around communication. We got automated chatbot messages without humans involved. We messaged the day we checked in (Thu) about a problem with the jacuzzi. We didn't hear back from a human until after midnight on Sun morning, checkout day. Even then, the response wasn't particularly helpful. House rules that were sent after booking didn't match what was in the listing, which also didn't match the signs posted in the house. Great space but it's being managed by a national property management company. Everything is automated. No actual personal interaction.

Some friends and I took a trip to Lake Tahoe and decided to stay at Prima Del Norte. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and it was in a good location - close to spots like Lake Tahoe / Emerald Bay as well as Heavenly Village. The home itself was very spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities that we enjoyed - particularly the pool table and arcade game. Whenever we couldn't find something or had questions, we would reach out to the Grand Welcome team, and they were very quick to respond and attentive, which was much appreciated. There were a few minor issues - some of the windows didn't open / the handles were broken, and a few of the pool cues and equipment were broken. There were also signs of mountain mice that snuck in through the walls, which was a bit unsettling during the night. However, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would consider booking again with a large group.

Everything was amazing! The hot tub was incredible with the view outside. Very peaceful neighborhood and beautiful home, super clean, organized and lots of space. The little bunk bed was a bit squeaky and a bit uncomfortable but overall such an amazing experience!

Place needs updates and maintenance Highlights Couches worn and cracked Stove worn couldn’t read degree settings. Tape on stove Pool sticks all broken except 1 Snow not shoveled couldn’t get to bbq Garage door didn’t work Stairs going up to house dangerous as rails broken. The house had everything we wanted! The hot tub was perfect! Chemicals and temperature were spot on! The space was excellent, room for all 8 of us! The pool table and video arcade game were big hits. Kitchen was well equiped with anything you might need. My questions were answered quickly by host. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for space for a group.

This property was like the photos. Great home for a family of 8. The location was close to Safeway and the beach. Not a far drive to downtown. The house came with everything we needed except enough towels. I contacted Property Management and towels arrived the next morning. The hot tub code given was incorrect but was also resolved. Overall we had a good time and the home was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the games and pool table was a plus. I would definitely rent this home again.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The spa was a joy. There were some things that were a little bothersome. The downstairs heat was difficult to control so at times the bedrooms were very hot. The hot water was not consistent if multiple showers were going at same time. There was no bath mat to put down to get out of the shower so 1 of the 2 towels provided per room needed to be used. This would not have worked if there were 2 persons per room. There was only 2 spa towels provided for a potential of 8 guests. We were unable to find any additional ones.
