You’ll have WiFi for planning outings, a convenient garage parking spot, and a ground-floor locker to store your gear. On-site coin-operated laundry and community courts (tennis, pickleball, and a basketball hoop) round out the essentials for an effortless stay.

Important Things to Note
• WiFi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Stairs required: This condo is on the top floor and is accessible only by a set of stairs.
• Parking: Garage parking is available for 1 vehicle; a parking pass will be inside the home upon arrival. Overflow parking is available in summer but is typically filled with snow in winter and may be limited or unavailable. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Gear storage: A locker is available on the 1st floor; the key is provided inside the condo.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available on site.
• Community amenities: Guests have access to the community hot tub, sauna, pool, and outdoor courts (tennis, basketball hoop, and pickleball).
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
