The full bathroom includes an oversized single vanity with a stone countertop and a shower/tub combo—great for getting ready for a night out or winding down after a day exploring Nashville.
You’ll have in-home essentials like Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer (located in the bedroom closet), plus the convenience of on-site garage parking and additional street parking. The building includes an elevator, and there are interior stairs within the condo as well.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs/Elevator: Stairs are required within the condo. There is also a building elevator. It’s operated by building management and is typically available, but outages/maintenance are outside our control. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs will be required.
• Parking: Garage parking is available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis (unassigned). Additional street parking is also first-come, first-served.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home (bedroom closet).
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.

If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
