Designed for easy lake days and relaxed evenings, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath home comfortably hosts up to 16 guests. Three bedrooms feature king beds with ensuite or shared-ensuite baths, while a large bunk-style bedroom anchors the home as a flexible retreat for families and friends.
Gather in the main living area for board games and conversation, then step outside to the waterfront patio to grill, lounge in the hammock, or head to the covered dock. With kayaks, a lily pad, and life jackets provided, you’ll be set for time on the water. After the day’s adventures, unwind with smart TVs in the bedrooms and the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Driveway and first-come street parking make arrivals easy.

• Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV, shared-ensuite bathroom (accessible from Bedroom 3 and the hall off the living room) with single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 4: King bed, queen bed, twin bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a twin trundle; smart TV. Adjacent full guest bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs are required to access the home.
• Dock and lift: Covered dock with boat lift and two jet ski ramps available for guest use. Boats must be under 24' and a maximum of 5,000 lbs. Please empty ballasts before putting a boat on the lift. The owner’s boat on the second lift is not for guest use.
• Water toys: 2 kayaks, a lily pad, outdoor games, and an assortment of life jackets are provided.
• Washer/dryer: In-home laundry available.
• Parking: Driveway parking for approximately 3–4 vehicles depending on size; additional street parking is first-come, first-served. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.

If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
