Great place to stay. Lots of fun and lots to do. Our only criticism was they didn't have enough laundry and dishwasher detergents, and when we asked for a few more they said no as they only provide a small amount. If you are bringing a family, make sure to bring your own.

Beautiful place located a bit farther out from the city, offering a peaceful setting. However, the management company is extremely strict with their check-in policy — we arrived just 10 minutes early and had to wait outside until exactly 4 p.m. before the lock would work. Inside, everything was labeled like a commercial kitchen, with listed fees for misplaced items, which made the space feel less inviting. Also, the shower in the second bathroom needs some attention — the water pressure was just a slow trickle. No salt was in the condo either.

I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful location, and we appreciate the feedback. I do want to clear up a couple of details. We actually offer a complimentary early check-in for one hour based on availability and schedule. You chose the standard 4 p.m. check-in, which is completely fine. I just want to make sure the context is clear. According to our system, your door code became active right at 4:00 p.m., and the door was opened at 4:02. The delay wasn’t from our lock; it was simply early arrival. If you had let us know you were running ten minutes ahead, we could have remotely unlocked the door for you on the spot. As for the labels: those are there to help guests quickly find what they need and to keep the home organized — not to make it feel sterile. Most guests actually find them helpful. We’ve already put in a maintenance ticket for the second bathroom’s shower pressure so that’s resolved for future stays, and we’ve restocked the salt. Thank you for the feedback — we’re always working to make each stay better.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was a great value and perfectly located—an ideal hub for exploring the area during our vacation. The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in super easy. The host was exceptional with communication, keeping us informed and supported from booking all the way through checkout. One of our favorite parts was the pool and hot tub—it was a perfect way to unwind while the kids enjoyed themselves. They also absolutely loved how comfortable the beds were, which made all the difference after long days of exploring. And the Moore’s popcorn was such a delightful surprise—just the kind of treat that made our stay extra special. Highly recommend!

The kids loved the pool! The only problem was that there is no cell phone service in the unit or surrounding it outside. Our phones were on sos the whole time. You can connect to the wifi and turn on wifi calling. We worked from this location so it was a little hard to manage and would have been nice to know beforehand.

This was a last minute booking for us after our camping plans fell through due to hot temperatures at Zion. We couldn’t put our dog through 100+ degrees so we needed an alternative, stat! Enter: Grand Welcome Southern Utah! The pictures didn’t do it justice! The space was comfortable and inviting and so much bigger than we anticipated! My family of three stayed and our daughter loved having her own “wing.” The pool was a ton of fun and we loved having access to both options. We also utilized the gym, and had it been a bit cooler out, we would have played tennis too! The proximity to Zion couldn’t be beat!

This stay was perfect for a family with kids. The pool and common areas are amazing! The amenities are quality, even the beds are super comfortable with quality mattresses and materials. The host was super clear with directions and easy to get in touch with. Thank you so much it was perfect!!

Our stay was excellent. There were plenty of amenities for the whole family and the condo was very spacious for a two bedroom place. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the bathrooms were fit for a king. The parking was indoors/covered which was perfect for the hot Utah sun. The view off the porch was limited but peaceful and private & the fireplaces were nice on the cooler nights. The condo provided everything you need for a short stay. The location is just iff the interstate 15 and allows access to Hurricane or St. George if desired. Will book again if in the area.

The place was clean and spacious, bed was really comfy! Host was extremely attentive and responsive. We mountain biked every day and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The only negative was we couldn’t make or receive phone calls, but texting worked. It wasn’t really a problem and we definitely would come back again. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave.

We came to St. George trying to make a weekend from a scary diagnosis and Dr’s visit that was required of us the following Monday morning. Grand welcomes property was perfect, made it so we didn’t dread the morning, it was beautiful, comfortable and made us feel like it was home. This place had everything we needed and was super clean. Only downfall is no cell phone service with Verizon so could only use wifi for internet, facetime, and imessages. Didn't use ammeities but they looked great if we'd had time.

We had the best time at this condo in Hurricane, UT! I surprised my husband with a birthday trip, and we brought our dog along, so it was important to find a place that was comfortable, clean, and pet-friendly. This condo checked all the boxes! The condo itself was beautifully maintained – spotless and very well-appointed. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The layout was spacious, with modern touches and all the amenities we needed. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and provided all the information we needed to make our stay stress-free. It was also great to have such a responsive host, especially since we were traveling with our dog, and we had a couple of questions about the area. The location was perfect for our trip – just a short drive to some of the most famous national parks, including Zion and Bryce Canyon. We were able to enjoy the parks while having a quiet, peaceful retreat to come back to at the end of each day. Plus, there were plenty of pet-friendly spots nearby, which made our trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family-friendly stay, this condo is a fantastic choice!
