During sun-filled pool days, easily walk back to your home for snacks and bathroom breaks. Just as easily, return to the pool area for an evening soak in the hot tub.

When leisure time brings you indoors, cozy up on the large sectional couch facing the smart tv. While some of your group relaxes here with a movie or favorite show, the cook of your group can get busy in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating.
This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!
There is an additional full bath that shares a door with the bunk room, and with the hallway as well.
Washer and dryer in unit.
3 parking spaces are provided.

You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. If you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
