Each reservation includes complimentary priority-seat tickets for the entire party (all registered guests) to see The Haygoods — Branson’s #1, most popular live show. The show is in extremely high demand, but your tickets are reserved with excellent seats as part of your stay.

Comprised of three distinct units that can each be booked individually, The Cabin at Rock Canyon, The Bunkhouse at Rock Canyon, and The Lodge at Rock Canyon, you now have the flexibility and convenience of booking all together, making this the perfect option for a family vacation or friend’s getaway. You and your guests will each find your own private space to spread out in, with communal areas bringing you back together to connect and entertain.

A gated entrance leads you down a picturesque driveway, each unit’s stone-lined exteriors complimenting the surrounding landscape and welcoming you home. Breathtaking views of the pond and forest are everywhere you turn as you sip on your fresh cup of morning coffee on Cabin or The Lodge’s deck, or the Bunkhouse’s spacious patio. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit or fireplace while you sip on an indulgent glass of wine and regale one another in stories from the day’s adventures. Set out on foot to explore the rest of the property, a sidewalk leading you down to the water where you can observe native wildlife or snap a golden hour selfie on the bridge.

When you’re ready, Branson’s entertainment scene awaits, where you’ll be within walking distance to the strip and its wide assortment of music venues, live shows, and an almost endless number of options for shopping and dining. Venture out a bit further to the shores of iconic Table Rock Lake to spend a day on the water engaging in all manner of water sports or creating memorable moments during a scenic sunset cruise. Also a golfer’s paradise, Branson’s championship courses feature rolling fairways framed by the majestic Ozark Mountains and pristine lakes, where every round is a blend of challenge and scenic beauty.

Each home offers its own unique interior, from cozy wood vibes in The Cabin to chic and sophisticated spaces in The Lodge and Bunkhouse. Spacious living rooms offer comfortable sofa seating, gas fireplaces, and TVs, giving everyone the entertainment experience they desire. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in any of the three kitchens, fully equipped for all your needs with all-black appliances, glossy stone counters, and warm wood cabinetry. Dine solo or together, indoors or out, at one of many seating options whether you’re snacking on a spread of hors d’oeuvres or dishing out a family-style meal.

The Cabin
This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV.

The ensuite bathroom includes an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The Bunkhouse
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two rollaway beds, one in each bedroom, offer additional sleeping flexibility.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The Lodge
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two rollaway beds, located in the master bedroom closet, offer additional sleeping flexibility.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, TV, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a fireplace, dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Assigned driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.
• This home is a parent unit to The Bunkhouse at Rock Canyon, The Lodge at Rock Canyon, and The Cabin at Rock Canyon. Smaller groups are encouraged to consider booking one of these individual units.
• Access details are as follows for each unit:
o Lodge: Main level, walk-in with 4 steps required.
o Bunkhouse: Lower level, walk-down with 4 steps required.
o Cabin: Main-level, walk-down, with 6 steps required
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• The driveway, backyard area, pond, and fire pit are all shared/common areas.
• The Lodge is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the yard.
• These homes are not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

This enviable location also puts you only a few minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
