The living room leads right into the spacious kitchen, dining area, and second living space. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up coastal cuisine from home. A blender, coffee maker, and toaster are just a few of the many items stocked for your convenience. The extended counter with 4 stools is great for extra prep space or casual dining. Steps away, a dining table for 8 awaits for meals at home. 

Adjacent to the dining area is a second living space with a sectional, intimate seating area, and TV. From here, guests can walk through large sliding glass doors to access the back patio and yard. The initial patio area is screened-in, allowing you to fully open the doors to inhale that coastal breeze and enjoy dining al fresco without pesky bugs. Beyond the screened-in porch is another outdoor seating area, a large yard, and a private dock - a boater's dream. 

Back inside, the home sleeps up to a dozen guests comfortably between 5 bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with coastal decor that follows suit with the rest of the home. 

Bedroom 1 - first floor master offers a spacious room with a Queen bed, private bathroom, perfect for Work-from-home!
Bedroom 2 &3 - are both configured with two Twin beds, share a full hall bathroom, and are private at the end of the hallway
Bedroom 4 - boasts a double bed, has access to master en suite and hall bath
Bedroom 5: upstairs master and the primary suite, hosts a Queen bed and has a private balcony

THINGS TO NOTE:
- We want you to enjoy every minute at Bayfront to Beach Beauty! To maximize your experience, there are 2 kayaks, crab traps, and fishing poles available at the home for guest use!
- You can kayak or paddle board to the rudder.
- Only 5-7 minutes bike ride to the beach and restaurants.
- This home has 2 master bedrooms.

The property is in Dewey Beach, a family-friendly coastal town offering everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located on a quiet street with a screened-in porch and a private backyard. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach are all under 3 miles and easily accessible by foot or bike The lively boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries are also within minutes. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
