Coastal Condo - Close to Beach & Entertainment

Excellent communication before, during and at check out. Very responsive when I asked questions. The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is great! It was within walking distance to the Rehoboth Convention Center for our conference and close to lots of restaurants. The condo was very clean and met our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The host was great!

The location was excellent! Close to many activities and very walkable! A drawback was no outside space to speak of! Nothing that could be done about that but it was missed. Pillows and bed lines could use some refreshing but truly Overall really quite nice and comfortable. We have gone for a number of years but haven’t been in a while!. It was nice to be back in Rehoboth and the accommodations worked perfectly for us!

A neat 2 bedroom apt in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. As reviewers have noted the bathroom is in the living area and a bit small but workable for the 3 of us. Would definitely stay again!

The location was really great. We had 3 small children and easily walked to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. We had a lovely time and the space was plenty for a family of 5.

Our family loved staying here! We were able to walk to everything we wanted while still being on a quiet street which is important with young children. The building and grounds are well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. They did a good job about having it clean upon arrival in a location so close to the beach aka sand.

Condo was exactly as pictured- fantastic location. It’s in a building with more condos and private parking out back- while the building itself is older the interior of this unit is renovated and clean. I had questions about the parking for 2 cars as street parking and permits are so strict here. They answered within minutes - It is walkable to all restaurants in Rehoboth and the boardwalk. The only thing to note is there’s not a good place to dump your sandy stuff until you take it out the next day- it has to come inside- some people left their beach cart out by their car in the private lot-that seemed to work well. And the only bathroom is right in the living room for all to share :) But we would def stay again! Great for small families

Overall nice place, bathroom is very small , main bedroom is very comfortable, other bedroom is small but would be fine for children. Nice kitchen. Good location, two blocks from beach and two blocks the other way to main strip with shopping and restaurants.

Rehoboth is a great beach! Walkable, tons of restaurants, lgbtq+ AND family friendly. Boardwalk & games are just the right size. The rental was clean and updated. Great to find decent cookware in the kitchen! Surprisingly quiet several minutes off the main drag by foot. Note: linens and towels are not provided. Pillows and comforters are. There is only one bathroom in this unit, and it opens to the living room. If you're shy about bodily functions, this could be an issue!

Good location and accurately described. However not the host’s fault, if there is anyone staying in the upstairs units you will hear every footstep and door/drawer shut. Mostly clean place however the bathroom was disappointing. The walls and floors were not the cleanest and the shower/ sink had visible dirt and debris also.

This listing was a cute and comfortable place for my friends and me to stay. It was clean and spacious. This location is also close to so many things. It’s close to the bars if you like that, many shops in walking distance, and a Starbucks around the corner. Overall very cozy and fun.

Had an absolute incredible time staying in the condo. Plenty of room, nice kitchen and spacious. Absolutely loved the sun room off the main bedroom (totally overlooked this, so it was a huge surprise!). In the heart of the city and walkable to everything!! Already looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully longer.

We loved the location and that we could walk to restaurants. The place was cozy and quiet. Perfect place for our sister’s annual shopping trip. We will definitely book again!

The condo was super cute and in a great quiet location but such easy walking distance to everything. They were incredibly responsive with a maintenance issue we had and someone was out within a couple hours to fix it. It would be nice if linens were provided but we were traveling by car so not a huge inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband walked into this property, and the first thing that he said was "I want our house to look like this." Everything was super clean and looked brand new. The decorating was lovely and it's in a perfect location. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The only caveat I have is that this is a very difficult property to rent if you have young children. The bedroom with the bunk beds is only divided from the main area with a folded cardboard door. It doesn't block out sound or light at all. We brought our 2-year-old on this vacation and were essentially unable to use the living room or kitchen after 7:00. However, this apartment is perfect for a couple or for someone with older kids. I highly recommend!

This condo is every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures and was clearly re-modeled very recently. Details like having ample hooks for all the towels and extra clothes you need at the beach, a comfortable queen bed, all of the kitchen tools you might need, and enough soap, etc. to get started makes it a wonderful place to stay. The layout is great with the kids room on the opposite side from the room with the queen bed. The walk to the beach was perfectly do-able every day with our 5 & 7 year old and our beach wagon, though it would be a bit challenging with younger kids and was far enough that I tried to avoid extra trips back to the condo. It definitely felt close to the main area with shops, food, etc. without being too noisy.

Location was great. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Enclosed porch off master bedroom is a three season space. Not useable during the colder months.
