Description

Return home after sun-filled days, ready to relax. The home’s outdoor shower is certainly a must use after hours on the sand, but with a completely private setting it might just be your favorite shower on the property too. Inside the vibrant and light-filled home is anchored by a central living, dining, and kitchen space. Cozy couches surround a TV where you can enjoy movie nights or spend rainy hours in. The bright kitchen has all the appliances and space you’ll need to make nutritious breakfasts, prepare lunches on the go, or cook dinners at home.

This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.

The home has an additional full bathroom.
Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $45.00 per pet per day or $300 per week. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

On and off the boardwalk, dozens of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes that have been Rehoboth favorites for generations wait to impress. This is a cute beach cottage that is in a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay and only wish it could have been longer. It was perfect for our small group of four. I can’t say enough how perfect the location was. Right between the bay and the beach at a fantastic price and convenient walking distance. I don’t think you can beat it. There were also tons of restaurants, cafes, clubs, etc all within a few minutes walk so there was always something to do and plenty of bands playing and events going on. I spent every summer as a kid in this area with my family and this only added to one of the many great memories. I’d absolutely visit again. The host was also very responsive with any question or concern I had which was much appreciated Thank you!

Great location, very walkable to the beach, restaurants & stores. Trolley to Rehoboth is very accessible. The host communicated very well & always got back to us right away.

It was a great little place to stay. The beach was a short walk away and so were many restaurants and bars. At night it could get a little loud since North Beach is so close, but it didn’t bother me or my friends. The living room was cozy and the kitchen functional. The outside shower may have been my favorite part of the house. Overall, it was a great experience staying there

We had such a great time staying here. The place is in a super walkable area with tons of things to see and do. The house was clean and welcoming and had more than everything we needed for our stay. We couldn’t stop talking about coming back and staying here again!

We stayed here over the 4th of July. It was the best location for the holiday weekend. Just a short walk to the beach and everything else Dewey has to offer. 5 STARS, 100% would stay here again. Thanks.

Little hiccup with the code getting in but Todd got back to me quickly with another code. The smell inside kinda smelled a little musty maybe bc of being closed up. The AC Units seemed very loud., One thing I would change. Otherwise it was a perfect location. I would stay here again.

My family and I came down to Dewey Beach with my dog. While many of the hotels in Dewey are dog friendly, this was a much better fit for us and him! Having multiple beds and the 2 bedrooms was much more economical than booking 2 hotel rooms and my dog was much more relaxed staying in the house than he has been when I’ve previously taken him and stayed in a hotel. The full kitchen with appliances, silverware, pots/pans, etc. was also great for making breakfast/lunch in rather than ordering out for everything. We do still love the Dewey Beach restaurants, however, and the house was pretty central to all of our favorites…I really did find the location to be perfect! I only knocked a star off of the check in process category because there was a minor hiccup there with the code provided, but if I could give 6/5 stars to the Grand Welcome customer service team, I would! They were super helpful every time I called and resolved this hiccup within moments while staying on the phone with me until I got in. Overall, this was a great stay and my family and myself agree that we would book here again!

When we first arrived, there was a really strong smell of cleaner, which made us open all the windows and turn on the fans to air things out. Luckily, the scent faded after a while. Also, I noticed the shower curtain in the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom had some mold on it. On the bright side, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked, which I truly appreciate! Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to coming back!
