Venturing out just a bit further, downtown Port Aransas is a 5-minute drive away, offering even more in the way of entertainment. While there, take some time to check out the marina and cast a line out on the fishing pier.

Back home, the open interior has been playfully furnished and decorated with bright pops of color, ensuring that the sunshine and blue-sky vibes remain front and center. The great room is highlighted by soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and features plush sofa and armchair seating, a comfortable space for casual conversation. This naturally lit space combines with the kitchen and dining areas, creating a hub of entertainment that can be expanded out through the sliding glass door to the shaded patio and grand back yard. A formal dining room table can seat 8, with additional high-top stools at the kitchen counter for 3. Gather the whole crew here for light or heavier meals alike, or for an exciting night of games. The den is the perfect place to catch a movie or stream your favorite shows, inclusive of sofa seating and a smart TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find smooth, white countertops and cabinetry accented by stainless steel appliances. The drip coffee maker will be your first stop in the morning, where you can brew up a fresh cup and enjoy it on the outdoor seating under the shaded patio.

- Bedroom #1 includes a king size and twin size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity, walk-in shower, and luxurious soaking tub.
- Bedroom #2 includes a queen size and twin size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 doubles as a den and includes a full sleeper sofa, 2 queen size beds and a full-over-full bunk bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. They will assist with updating your reservation and collecting the appropriate fee. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
