-If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. They will assist with updating your reservation and collecting the appropriate fee. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
